 *For this last stat build using Accessories Arua 75.50 + Hirias Tear 75.50 or /w Tanzanite 7 actually works very well for katar v katar.
 

*Charm stat builds are for debuff values to increase for Blind l Katar Upper skills. Those of you with PVP Screw Attack its Critical debuff and Crazy-Style Slash Def Down debuff will be increased with charm.(I do not personally recommend using those skills though)

Of course I always recommend players search for their own build through training and experience but this can just give some a general idea of where to start.

-When fighting Dual Blade, I found it very effective to time your Katar Upper/Blind After the Dual Blade uses Freezing Assault unless you're able to time Stuns on the skill to prevent it. Because the attack is slowed down so much, it's better to redo your Debuffs after Freezing Assault hits you so you don't waste full ASPD during the cooldown time of Freezing Assault. - It has to be timed and counted

Using high Accuracy/Dodge with some Critical against a Dual Blade works very very well in my experience. Watch your HP for they can bring it down in a few hits to almost death.

Skill tree is the exact same way when fighting Dual Blade and Katar.

 - When fighting a Sword Champion, the skill build isn't a Mystic Knife build. Match stats, Run to them with Blind, If they hit you with Soul Wreck first which has a chance to mute, run forward using regular attack until mute goes away. Start attacking until the mute goes away then use Stun - Blind - Katar Upper - Cloak - Attack. I usually use this combination in most situations. If opponents mute misses you and you get Blind in, use stun - Katar Upper - Cloak - Attack. From there get used to the fight and watch your HP very closely because champions can swipe most of your HP down in a few landed hits.

-When fighting an Axe Champion you have to make sure to time your Blind - Katar Upper - Cloak - Attack appropriately. Remember they have multiple stuns, insane Critical/Accuracy. You will need high damage/dodge/critical to fight this class. They can take your life in 3 hits. 45% damage cap.

-This guide does not include every possible solution to Gear l Stats l Skills. It's just options available for Katar players that are looking for a direction to head. Although I included more gear that I show that can be used for Katar v Katar, It's just gear most Raiders tend to get for more options vs other classes. Yes Speed Set Gear has been included, and of course some katar players use a variety of 60.40 items, not just the ones listed.

-Some players like to use Mystic knife also, or 1sp on cloaking/stun. But for me personally I have adapted to this skill build the best. There are some Katars that take Mystic knife to sleep their opponent when their hp gets low to buy some heal time(I consider that a nooby/cheap move in 1v1 that just draws out matches so I don't do it nor use it). Anyway, This is another option for some players to use.

Yuppers you're correct, i didn't want to get into a skill i don't use anymore. I just gave my opinion how nooby i feel it is when raiders do only what I said. I already knew you use it for debuff control you told me remember xD? And yea I left stats/items out because...they are my secret ^^

I do find myself having a problem when building a raider when im being stat buffed rather than just cleric buffed, cause the con buff gives u almost enough accuracy to use anything...

Throwin this out there, wherever you see an m7, you can substitute for a 75accu sub, which in some cases provides more accuracy due to katars low accu base.
Another option is con/sen stones. They're easier and cheaper to get then 50/40 and do the same effect just not as high.

Very true, although i have tested con/sen stones and they just don't do the job. It would be better in my opinion to just grab a Tanzanite 7(also currently very good) instead of con/sen Enchanted Aquarius stones. Though I expect this guide to be outdated September 16th. In that case ill do a lot of testing to rewrite this to incorporate the new upcoming gems and slots. -Expect it to take at least 1 month after release so I can obtain thorough testing and experience.

I found a type error leena, instead of sense, it must be critical right? for the rest, great build specially for new comers here in ROSE +1 for your guide.

Solid guide overall but I would recommend adding some str in any katar build. The minimal stat investment still adds some AP and is extremely cost effective - 40-50 str is good.

For example if you take the third build and reduce sen to 270 and charm to 100, you can pump str for attack power and only lose out on basically 9 crit rating.

I disagree, I feel it's absolutely important unique skill to have. 10% may not seem a lot but it is important when you gain a stack advantage over the player quickly to burst critical hits on them. It puts your Critical accordance and Vicious accordance stacks to 30% from 20%. That is a big different in my opinion. I don't see anywhere else that's has a greater impact than the 5SP it cost for Raiders Accordance. Do you feel Raiders Accordance is only good if this was a mystic knife build? The type of build that you use to bring a katars stacks down to nothing so you can quickly critical burst them? iMatt, please respond to this, you're intelligent enough to tell me if you feel it's a worthless skill or not. But thank you for your feedback. asuboy if you have a skill build you would like to contribute please do. I could post it here as a an alternative build and credit it to you

No leeny, honestly speaking IM lost in building my raider. Im in dilema, i play raider only on CD not a pvp type, the dilema is , if i take that raider accordance, i have to give up my mspeed and i need speed to chase ppl in cd, and i need mystic knive to throw player when they try to escape . I won" t have enough SP left unless i give up dodge again, but i dont want to do that .. Looks like i have to choose build for pvp or cd type . If only we had 5 or 6 more sp i would not have this dilema

Ohh I understand asuboy. Maybe in the future i'll provide a mystic knife build. I would not give up dodge in CD. If the MSPD helps you out alot, keep it. I am sure by now you know what suits you best when playing CD. If you need the mspd to survive/chase or whichever reason it is, keep it. I personally just never use mystic knife builds, well not never, I did use it for along time and yes it is amazing to use in wars/cd. Certainly does help to bring people to a halt. Like I said...i wouldn't worry to much about losing things if what you're gaining more suits your play style. We don't all have to be clones
