Well I've been sticking to hard-to-use classes for a while and now I feel like making ANOTHER character. So I was thinking about making one that owns in PvP so I can have a troll-class to own those who think PvP is super srs and they are 1337pronaturokawaiidesus. I was thinking about once that would be easy to level in PvE without being TOO boring and one that can own in PvP without much effort (as if you need to put in much effort to win in pvp. luuuul) So I assume the class I'm looking for is a(n) assassin/ninja? Or is it something else like a metal-coated-meat-wall(which I hear are boring in PvE) or haxsor-healer(which I hear are lame to equip)?

Best PvP : Pallies. Everytime. Sad, but true.
PvE: Debatable. Whether it be Priests or Harleys.
Could be wrong. I only played Dragonica.

You're wrong. Pala IS best class in PvP.

Then how come Pallies lose to Ninjas, WMs,SHamans, PFs, Myrm's etc.

On a same skill level and gear, Pala beats everyclass by a mile.

Paladins.
Best PVP
Worst PVE

No need to argue, everyone knows it.

They are pretty strong in pve since the dmg buff.

Word of the wise.

52% in addition with various equips that give absolute defense (which is literally block rate when translated from the chinese version of dragonica) is extremely imbalanced and you won't even get hit more than half the time, regardless of your opponent's aim and your evade.

Cure doesn't need to eliminate any "new" debuffs. The point is, there are no debuffs that you can use that will affect a pally too much since they can just go barricade and cure it. Things that would normally cripple a player's ability to fight include, but are not limited to, high level burn, wood rush, quagmire, netbind (which would lead to freeze/silence if it weren't for being able to cure net), do not affect paladins because of barricade.

In addition, you do not need to get much evade% to reach high evade on a paladin. All you need is spec equips with hlt/agi, as well as aim/evade accessories, and some of the new special cash sets, or the old immolain/vries sets (does not even have to be the +10 evade pieces) in order to reach over 100 evade. 100 evade is generally the point where sleep, frog, etc. are guaranteed to fail, with the new exception of the 30% guaranteed hit rate.

Dragoons actually have some of the highest amount of attacks per second with their ability to cancel their attacks (for who knows what reason paladins retain this ability while warmages don't) and time reverse active. You can spam all 4 of your knockdown skills without any delay (sd, cc, sj, taa).

As for your stats, health, evade, and aim are achievable with only special equips with health/agi stat, which isn't difficult at all to obtain with the randomizers. In addition, bone dragon armor comes innate with a +25% mspd bonus, along with an extra 12% bonus which you can obtain from the +20 all stat medal. In addition, cash boots can come innate with 10% mspd, bringing up the total to already 47% mspd without any soulcraft bonuses. If you have the water guardian shoulders, that's 57% mspd with, again, no soulcraft bonuses. The MP problem is easily resolved with an elluman crown for +18 int, as well as +40 int from the new cash sets and the 10% mp boost. If you're really concerned about MP, the dragon fellowship symbol provides an additional 11% mp. Legendary cards are not too difficult to obtain since the success rate per card is 25%, and the cards do not disappear upon failure (unlike soulcrafting where souls are used up).

Not sure what you're talking about with the % based stat buffs, so you may want to elaborate on that. The damage gain that I'm referring to is the double of skill % multiplier on skills such as cross cut and spear jab stacked on top of the roughly 1.5x attack increase on paladin weapons.

so you're stating facts what happens when a Pally gets frozen by a WM
or Sleep+logged from a Ninja
or April Fools from Harle
or Ground Locked by PF
or Lightning Log+ Freeze from Shaman
list goes on and on.
also that post would be ideal if the pally was stacked which most aren't.
i'm still standing that pallies aren't the best until you give me solid proof.

while we're on the whole def thing/block thing
Health stacks WMs Shamans
Eva stacked PFs , Harles, Ninjas, Grens.
Movement speed stacked: PFs
Pallies can't kill what heals or they can't catch
And they can't kill what they can't hit

Seriously, read.

The point was that Pala had everything. Block rate, heal, cure, nearly all their skills being untechable, low skill CD, stacking enough stats makes them literally unhittable, and highest DPS with Revers Time.

I say this again, with same gear and skill level, Paladin wins by a mile.

PvE? Monks/Harle
PvP? Pallys

Why?

Horizontal range on cross cut exceeds the visual animation hit box

Animation Canceling (Can stop before the last hit of SJ to cast SiB, reason being you will knock them up instantly without giving them a chance to roll back as could happen after the 5th hit. You can cancel a crosscut that misses with very minimal downtime)

Barricade is......needless to explain

Time Auras 1.8 second cooldown reduction provides synergy between all of your moves (No down time)

Catching idiots in SiB by laying it down when kite-ing

Excell at health/defense and block rate (1 of 2 classes that can block and the difference is severe)

You seem like someone fun to play against. So how about fighting a Dragoon with no armor and only aim accessories? Whisper me whenever you're free to rock pallies =]

You can't just assume that people will have the same skill level and same gear. Everyone's different in pvp, no one plays the same way.
You can become pro with pally, and still run across someone 4x better and will potentially kick your ass.
There is no best class at pvp because it's not possible to simply be the best.
It all depends on the player and whether or not that person can fund themselves well.

PvE is a different story, as it doesn't revolve around skill and gear, it's all about your level really.
Assassins and paladins aren't the greatest for PvE, however warmages, and harles are excellent. Probably the top two.
I'd recommend one of those to be your first class if you're just starting out. Then you could get into making classes where you want to specialize in just PvP.
