how to +15?

how do u do it? i keep failing and downgrading...even at +10-11 failed LOT of times with 10lisent u, 2venerune 1pluto...and downgrade to 9...so frustrating

i have been downgrading like crazy with even with plutorune in every attempt. fail attempts, only +9-10 doesnt downgrade...but 10-13 so far fails downgrade....is this bug or something? i also heared my friend says plutorunes not suppose to downgrade either but i always downgrade except at 9 fail doesnt.

That's very weird, when I used plutos my item didn't downgrade regardless of the refine level. Feels like you fell victim to some sort of a bug

oh serious?? i knew something was fishy because my friend also said not suppose to downgrade if fail too....

i definitely wont be complaining if didn't downgrade, but this downgrading is so frustrating...

You should submit a ticket ASAP

If it was a bug I believe they should refund you all the materiel you wasted at least.

It should NOT be regarded as normal that you spent less than 1k IM points on an item to refine it...thats 2,5b if you'd sell it lol.

Not on one item but a (SET) of armor this includes shield, backshield, arms,boots,head, and suit.

another clanmate had this happen too, where an item he used pluto for downgraded. thats not meant to happen so I duno, possible bug

Refining is completely fine, I just spent $150 to refine an exalted set to +15 for one of my new characters. I don't see the problem.

I really don't think plutorunes are bugged. It says degrade by 1. So if you fail at refine 13. It will go down to 11. That's how it was in the old times when it was hard refining and things could break.

So instead of failing at 13 and dropping back to 11, plutorunes helps out and drops back to 12.

Last time I refined Honor Gear they only degraded by 1 without plutorunes at 10-15, so with plutorunes there shouldn't be any degrading.

its bugged, items do not break anymore from failed instead downgrade the pluto are suppose to prevent this downgrade, and several people i talked to who used pluto said they are not suppose to downgrade.

30m zulies to +15, deal with it (1 venurune only, no pluto or other IM refine stuffs)

about plutorunes, the pluto dont degrade the item refine, it can save the refine for 1 grade only (example: item +10, use pluto in next, if fails it keeps +10, if works it goes to +11), if a pluto degrades as someone said here from +10 to +8 than is bugged, a pluto cant never degrade a item, it prevents a item for degrade, if it fails it doesnt degrades, if it degrades is a bug than

im guessing they reduced the cata success because people said refining was super easy. but now that they've made it a bit harder, people aren't happy either xD

I never had to use a single plutorune before the update, but now I feel like I can't refine without one. the problem is venu and pluto aren't readily available in game unless you purchase IM, otherwise they're extremely expensive. maybe make them available elsewhere other than in item mall

Also I suggested that maybe once a month , the refine rates will be boosted for 1 hour or 30 mins (or less) long.

Also make events such as : if the server reaches X number of crystal defenders matches played within a month, the players will benefit from better refining rate for a longer period of time. ( 1 hour instead of 30 mins, 60 success rate instead of 55% , etc). This will motivate players to participate in game arena aswell.

Icluding venu and pluto in the drop list sounds like an interesting idea. ( just dont make them tooooo easy to get)

but no really, how many times has this happened. People say something too easy, they make it harder, and everyone flip flops on it. Same thing happened with Cleric CD requirement. Same thing happened with leveling. etc and so forth. Maybe people should just stop saying how easy things are if they don't actually want the challenge. 

For real though the (support) cleric requirement should return for pvp game arena modes atleast until Artisans become a semi support class.

There should be like if you get all the buffs. You get a free passive that is '' Full Support Cleric ''. Becuse I guess Battle Cleric's dosent get all the buffs? With this the system can understand. ''Who is a Full Support Cleric?''

i thought plutos prevent downgrades?

I think liscent HG and U's were nerfed abit too much, Hg's from 4% to 2% and U's from 5.4% to 2.5%, that's like 50% of what there previously were. Now, even if you use U's you'de have less off a chance then when you'd use Hg's before the update. I was waiting Liscent U prices to drop before I refine my +10 gear to +15, but unfortunately that'll never happen now. Why don't you reduce the rate a little at a time instead of a dramatic 50% nerf... like for Hg's 4% to 3% and U's 5.4% to 4%? refining stuff is next to impossible without IM refine materials.
