Tempest Build ! (After the skill reset patch)

I am a lvl 56 tempest. I am trying to focus more heavily on a PVP build that will PvE decently. Currently I have a lvl 55 FOC Shivara set and decent enchanted equips. (Yet to enchant anything on FOC set though) Any feedback would be nice! preferably from people who are lvl 65 and higher.

Here is my current build I had =

10 Elec Bolt
1 charged bolt
1 holy bolt
5 elec twister
1 elec shock
1 rejuvenation
10 lesser heal
1 concentration
1 ion shield
10 divine protection
10 sleep

10 lighting restraint
5 glaring light
7 holy light
1 weapon of god
1 soul depuration
2 godly mirror
10 magic weapon mastery
7 magic mastery (elec)

DNA---------------------------

5 strengthen lesser heal
5 swift lesser heal
5 strengthen holy light
5 strengthen magic mastery (elec)
5 strengthen magic weapon mastery
