Hi, I am a newbie here.

I would like to know what is the most suitable gear set I should equip for my current level.

I was using desert storm chain set now but I realized that my damage was quite low as compared to others during tomb of osiris grinding.

My damage was about 2k only.

Can anyone kindly explain to me what am i suppose to do for my equipment?

Or where to get the materials to craft my own gear?

Or any ways to improve my damage?

I totally have no idea about it  :p_ang:  :p_cry:

Thanks a lot  :sob:

I'm going to assume that you are ML20+ already, in which case you should do the following, ordered in terms of damage increase:

  1. Craft or purchase the Osiris weapon(s) for your class.
  2. Punch, rune, hone, and endow your Osiris weapon(s) with elements.
    1. If you have one weapon, endow it with Sinister (purple) element for use on Mummy, Ghoul, Requiem, and Zerom.
    2. If you have two weapons, endow the second with Firmament (yellow) element for use on Scorpion and Kepri.
    3. If you have three weapons, endow the third with Earth (green) or Life (blue) element for use on Executors.
  3. Refine your Osiris weapon(s) to +20 at a Gold Refiner.
  4. Craft or purchase the Osiris armors (5) for your class.
  5. Punch, rune, and hone your Osiris armors.
    1. Vigor is the recommended honing stat. Make sure to do this at a Gold Honer.
  6. Craft or purchase the Osiris accessories (5).
    1. The Osiris Ruby accessories tend to give you DPS stats like Haste, Crit, AGI, etc., but some Osiris Sapphire accessories (Rings in particular) give you very desirable Vigor. You can choose according to your preference.

Consult the following table for Osiris crafting requirements/suggested farming locations:

If you are ML11-ML19, then you are better off sticking to your current Osiris parties until you reach ML20. So that you can go through the prior list.

No, I do not know what is the usage of those applied elements  :p_sick:

I read from forum and i knew that some of them got reduce in damage after applying it so I never dare to try.

So it is necessary to use sinister?

Yes. I have honed my gear and currently I putting all my stats skill point into int.  :p_ang:

Sorry that I forgot to mention about my level. I am ML 17 now.

And wow, your information is so complete.

I do not have much zeny so I believed that i have to craft it myself  :p_cry:

So now I just focus on my Osiris party ya?

Dont worry too much about gear

your just not using element

vs correct elem you get 100% damage boost

vs wrong elem you get 50% damage reduction

Sinister get it

So for osiris I have to use sinister right?

Because I realized my damage is so damn low as compared to others.

I was shock when I saw them killing the mummy in 3-5 kills while i need to kill it for like hundred times  :sob:

So I think there is something wrong with my gears and I really hope I can kill the mobs in 3-5 kills like anyone else  :pif:

Eternal Flames that are needed to craft Osiris also drop in Osiris dungeon from all mobs. you can also buy them cheap in the AH (500z/stack @ Freyja which corresponds roughly to 15min farm in Mukas with no volubilities).

About your damage problem, it clearly is an element issue. Put on your sword sinister element and you'll notice the difference. Remember that you are farming also with ml20+, some might be fully Osiris geared hence the big difference in damage between you and them. From ml11-19 you should be wearing Joser gears mainly for higher defense and better dps.

Where am I suppose to get the Joser gear? By crafting?

Yes. http://www.roguard.n...el&item_search=

Try asking in trade chat for a blacksmith who can craft joser because there probably aren't many shops that have Joser available anymore.
