Alright Zayaan hit me with some reasoning, I'm excited to learn.

What's the thought process behind the temp dex boots in this set up? Or are you just sharing with db rk.

This is an absolutely disgusting set up, I'm jealous. Really sad to see you go, I really enjoy learning from you. 

To reference the previous post about my ab:

-I actually pretty much only play sura in bio5 for tanking purposes, I'm actually doing exactly what you had mentioned and using the siegfried helm (red stone) and an alice to reduce pretty much everything. I'm waiting for the mad bunny event to see if I can hit 100 pdodge and maintain decent resistances as well (i.e. carefrees, immune) but unsure how I want to approach it. Current set up is:

+8 Red stone siegfried

Mask of Hero (might swap to red stone sunnies)

Rosary's Necklace

+9 Antonio coat (30 mdef is pretty nasty, but not sure if med scrubs win out just yet)

Valk Shield of royal guard (hoping to swap for anemos shield, not sure if valk > anemos though just due to fire redux)

+10 valk mant (will probably go immune? I'm not really sure, deviling seems dumb)

Archbishop ring (carefree) x2 + Archbishop costume to double dip on the combo for +5 more pdodge.

It gives me a stupid amount of healing from the archbishop rings which *almost* makes up for lack of toy syringe. Would love to have some input.

To deter competition at Nightmare Amon Ra, and to ensure GFist actually goes off against Bio5 MVPs.

At NAR it's almost impossible to win against a Sura with Fenrir+TDB and winning against a Sura with ME5+TDB is hopeless, especially if they're dealing millions in overkill damage. I mean, there is a class that can win, but I'm not gonna spread that around and make life difficult for the people who camp it.

As for Bio5 MVPs, I've only killed Margaretha before. It used to take 2 hits, 1 without Lex and 1 with. Should be just 1 with Lex against all of them now, but there's a fair amount of competition there. Was planning to kill strays from time to time but so much for that.

You'd be losing water resistance by swapping Valk for Anemos though, which would be bad if not in MS against Kathys wouldn't it? Jakk, Marse or Dustiness are all good options for the garment if Clashing Spiral and Sonic Blow aren't much of a threat to you. Could get wind resistance from there instead of Anemos. coughassumptioshouldbeenabledatbio5cough

Oh how interesting, I forgot that NAR is probably the most wanted card out rn. (I just got a Menswear from time holder fml) I imagine you probably don't lose much from the atk from Temp str anyways because you already have a good amount. 

Were you actively trying to get ME 5 on sura? That's pretty hilarious, I kind of love it. 

I'm really trying to determine what's the most obnoxious thing in bio5. I think getting immunity to fire might outweigh reductions from waterball. This is my first time NOT using deviant etrans so I'll have to experiment a bit.

I could see an ME5 Camo Bunny kicking ass and taking names on an AB ranger for NAR.

Nah I wasn't. The level of competition there isn't that high, and I made friends rather than enemies with the competition anyway!

Can AB Ranger 1 shot NAR? Because if it's not a 1 shot then the Sura will always have loot priority due to overkill damage.

1. There is a variable spawn time of 10 minutes

2. No Limits has a 1 minute duration and a 5 minute cooldown

See the problem there?

And I was gonna say something about why ** ** is ineffective too, but turns out **'s cooldown is the same as its duration, so Toxn was right this whole time!

Yeah Jer explained to me about the test. Pretty funny, but still, always a 2 in 10 shot at kicking their ass :U

Wandy, Maestro and Shadow Chaser. So, three classes can beat one punch Sura.

People being forced to leave, this is sad :/

Btw Add gx to the list of classes who could beat sura in this comp Dark claw is not required and 1 spin should be enough. You will just look like an idiot spinning every 3 secs for ~10 mins. But unlike gfist, CRS is ranged. You would lose if your EDP runs out exactly when it spawns. That's awful luck though. Timing is key!
