It should be, CG are meant for War while cart is for transportation. Car btw doesn't stack anything.

No, it is not intended for CG's to do that, I'd bet a banana on it. If they wanted to do that then every class would have a "melee attack" passive for mount combat, and as there are plans for PAT to be updated [including combat] I'm certain it's not intended.

What i mean for war is for combat.
wrong term.
I can see your point. but it can also be consider specially for combat purposes. We never know since CG is ignore. Mostly used for showoffs.
I just hope Leonis will take an action on this. Its not easy to quest CG. They should atleast take an action what are they intended for.

CG's original concept was to fight Bosses, Other CG's and act as a siege engine for the intended Castle Defense mode of clan wars, which to my knowledge had all been dropped. At least that's everything that was officially remarked for them, their future plans I do not know. But I most definitely know that adding critical weakness to a target while you wear a CG isn't what was intended when they added the proc skills.
Also, this is a bug report section. If you'd like to make a proposal for CG's there's a section for it.

Thanks for the report. This would indeed be classed as a bug, but it's largely a side-effect from the current lack of support offered by the PAT system to handle proc effects correctly. I'd imagine that Castle Gears aren't strong enough for this to be a point of abuse, but it's good to be aware of it when we get to upgrading the PAT system to properly support PAT skills and proc effects in combat.
