Problem on shortcut configuration..

Pardon me guys but i don't see any topic regarding on my concern.

I just wanna ask if you also encounter that when you press the "alt+q"(for equip) it shows number 7 in the chatbox or even the chatbox was not ON, there's nothing happening. Only alt+e is working. Im playing ragnarok by the way..
