it takes hardly any effort for a raider to reach 5k+ dodge as is, where as for most classes to reach 2.6-3k accu, they gotta switch all sets
anyways w/e, was just stating that raiders would be more annoying

It says party buffs though meaning they can use it to buff other chars too i think. like crit focus of bow scouts.

Much like the Accu buff being significantly stronger due to them having a 200con stat stick right?
Seeing how DEX buffers (Mspeed, and aspeed) are WAY BETTER than cleric buffs, is reasonable to assume that the dodge buff will be equally OP
With all of the raider dodge passives they need little/no effort to achieve a high dodge that makes them hard to get hit, adding now this buff will allow them to go full dmg mode, since their dodge will remain the same, while they can focus on other stats
That is why we are asking if it is gonna be based on charm, bcoz THAT WOULD MAKE THEM EVEN MORE OP

Sorry, I only meant to point out that not all buffs/buffers are equal. Some are indeed disproportionate in capability.

Preferably the raider* ones, not the ones that affect scouts. They already are pretty well balanced in that area.

and also.. crafting hammers has no item grade type.. meaning, you cant put any substat on it.. I tried to.. but cant.. maybe they should fix that or im not sure if its intended

You can gem them though. And if it's a stat buffer that is still 30CHA @ a 400CHA base.

Updated a projectile speeds to prevent 'character stuck' situations. ~Thanks goes out to Feuer for his help and insight to this bug fix!
