just a heads up...

 

i got talked to by a novice, who kept on telling me to open a chat.  Open chat, ppl joined, blah blah blah.

 

they were really pushing hard for me to join a discord channel.   I stopped at that since i don't use discord anyway but just a FYI.  I can post SS or the name of the novice if needed.

I had a situation with a Dracula Card before, but just accepted as I couldn’t prove much from this.

But people have to be more careful now since most of the items are going for more than 1b, ans multiple trades are needed to buy/sell these items. Have everything in record peeps, screenshots of both parts agreeing with the deals and the trades screenshots. In case one of the parts doesn’t meet the agreement, you can try to recover something through ticket.

I bought a Vanargand Helm +9 about 2-3 months ago and I put a card Repair Robot Turbo card on it. Yesterday I used but today when I logged on the character named Jurun (Rebellion) I was looking for it and didn't find then I remembered that it was last used with my character Gilen (Oboro) and logged with her to get the Vanargand that was when I saw that the hat was not there and I only had the card . It's not my fault whatever happened or wherever the hat came from. I bought it with real zeny on the game. I want my Vanargand Helm +9 back. I am really upset about it and thinking that I can't trust to buy anymore gears. What am I suppose to do? I never did anything wrong in the game. How am I suppose to know where the hat came from? I bought cause I thought the game was trustworthy and the people in it as well. I really would appreciate a response soon and that this issue was resolved as soon as possible. The Repair Robot Turbo card  is still there on the alt+E of Gilen. I need the helm to level and I am losing time because of the hat. Thank you in advance for the answer and really would like to get a response as soon as possible.

I say GM's do what they can to not get you banned with the phishy item you got

relying on vanargand is given, but didnt you get the zeny back? 

I had a problem with that too. I don't know what they took, because I care less.

No, I didn't get the zeny back. The only thing there was the card I dropped that was on the helm. The vanargand helm is gone.

make a ticket. good thing you monitor your items. 

they robbed me of something, and said they gave zeny back.

I didn't notice, might not be important item LOL

 

for sending a ticket. just e-mail them. there's a thread here somewhere about that.

I can't personally access their ticket site, so i just tried that way yesterday. i believe it's in Hogbae's post

Sorry to hear about that, the issue you are experiencing is not relevant to this thread, also the staff will not be able to disclose account items and status on forums.

Please request item tracking by sending in a ticket, since you are having issues opening the support page and/or sending a ticket, send the request directly to WP support email, to do so make sure to follow the new guidelines posted here.
