Well the prize wouldn't be a "drop"...it would be something that would be instantly put into one of the fighters inventory or in their item mall tab as long as they hit the mob a certain amount of times or did a certain amount of damage to contribute. So it would choose someone at random each time that it did give out the very rare prize.

 

what about the healers (aka clerics)?

It isn't a RNG, because an RNG is "random"... it isn't random, it's just that people can't see when it will spawn because they don't know what % the soul absorber is at.

 

I was referring to the loot, not the spawn mechanics... That's why majority of my post was about loot distribution, not the spawn mechanic.

It could be worked out that not too much damage is needed, just enough to be considered helping. So a cleric could easily make that amount, even a healer cleric. Or they could come up with something completely seperate for clerics in helping the battle, like a certain amount of magic spells % needs to be put onto the monster, again something considerable that would be obtainable as well.

Then it would also affect the reward given to the people that play BCs. So it might be a problem. Before they implement this, i think they should figure out a way they can seperate subclass builds. Like, BCs with FS, Cannon bourgs with gun bourgs, so on and so forth.

 

Still though, i do wanna hear the thoughts of the gms indeed. Hope they see this soon
