It`s simple Cleffy, my Suggestion might not be "better" than other. It just more realizable.
Since there is already a Quest in Game that works pretty much the same Way.
I`m just suggesting to transfer it on a bigger / interesting Scale... If they ever find the Time and Resources for this^^
I`m just another dreamer like all of you Guys^^
