Temperions are supposed to be Protectors.
But against whom and what are we exactly fighting on Ethergia?
The Neubellon forces? the Ioxenic corruption?, or simply against everyone who could find some Artifacts from the Eonay race's before our selfs?
The Idea behind the "interactive Map" is to give intelligent Enemies (PvE) a bigger Spotlight. - A mob is not a mob!
Some of em invaded strategic important Places and infrastructure. (Blackhands) But do we "feel" some Consequences?
Are such Places really important enough, do they have any meaning? how to give em one?
Let`s take a look at the First Map for an example:
So we all know, Lant is important, Lant rules everything in Requiem.
But there is actually another sort of currency that accompanies us from the very start through the Game.
Yep...the Basic Xeons:

Miner Specter, harvesting and defending those Mysterious Crystals:
We all know them from the PD.
But what if we could actually conquer some Cristal's back from the "Aniyass Stone Pit" or the "El-rima Stone Pit"?
We surly would see some rewards from the NPC`s...
This could work like a daily Quest, located at the Bivouac:
"The 3 Harvesting Expert NPC":
Escort the Experts into "Aniyass Stone Pit" or the "El-rima Stone Pit", where you have to protect em until they loaded the Minerals. After that, Escort em back to the Bivouac to get the Reward in form of some Basic Xeons.
This sort of Quest is based on the Quest:
The Route through the "El-rima Stone Pit" contains some Nightmare Monsters as well. (Enverto)
So after the escort Job is done. And we get some Xeons as Reward...
--> We come to Part 2 of the Quest, here we turn the tables!
"The Blackhands" noticed our actions, that we killed their precious labor (the Miner Specter) and that we fled with the precious loot. So now they come for us!
We have to defend the Bivouac and the loot!
This could work like the Event "Monster Invasion"
The "Blackhands" are supposed to come from the Crematory and the Conveyance Port.
If we can defend the Bivouac for lets say 10min. (without dying).
The Quest and Part 2 is complete.

This could provide Temperions with an additional task and meaning.
And the Story & Map would feel a bit more alive as well.
