"We've gone through some significant effort to keep ROSE fun and fair for all, while keeping to the idea that you do not need to purchase through the Item Mall to be able to enjoy playing. We, and many others, know this to be true."

 

Forcing players to buy item mall boosters to pvp in TG is not fun and fair for all. Like I said it's nothing but scouts and raiders in their because stealth classes with high amounts of damage because of boosters completely limits the content and fairness for other classes.

 

Btw this is coming from a person that mains and only players a Raider. 

 

I support all item mall pushes they can provide, I just want them to fix temporary pay to win features that hindurs 1/2 of the pvp in this game. I miss the good old days where clan wars actually took strategy with multiple classes in your composition. Now it's just teenagers with credit cards running around hitting for 8k+ per hit.

lol, you need to chill w/ all this "forcing players to buy boosters" crap. No one is forced to buy em. They are used exactly what they were created for, a boost in stats. You're upset because of what tg wars have become like lately, which is quite literally a "booster-fest", thanks to a few certain clans. But honestly, tg wars aren't a mandatory thing, so if you find yourself getting that upset over wars then you should probably take a break off the game.

They aren't a mandatory thing, but like I said it's 1/2 of the PVP in this game which is why changing this would be a drastic improvement.

 

TG: Boosterfest with Raiders / Scouts. The PVP content is a disgrace to what ROSE can offer for what use to be the most popular map players/entire clans would go into.

AA: No complaints other than uneven Cleric distribution.

CD: Unplayable because of Lag as Leonis pointed out.

 

I don't know why many members of the community such as yourself ignore that changing this would be an improvement to the game? Seems like a really stagnant way of supporting the system.

 

 

As a side note: I really do like the recent change to Target Enemy that was such a small fix that really helped improve the smoothness of PVP by a considerable amount. It is great to see when the community speaks out on something they would like to see changed/fixed that it is actually considered.

I would appreciate if you would write proper suggestions, instead of those kind of pointless accusations.

 

Your constant hate speech here is absolutly pointless.

 

If you have nice ideas suggest them, so we can discuss it, otherwise I would ask you to rethink your whole behaviour, whether on forums or ingame.

You cut out Leonis' quote that I was referring to.

It's not a hate speach at all; it's just common sense. If they want ROSE to stay pay to win for 50% of the pvp offered to its players/customers then they should not say they want to make it fair and non-pay to win.

I suggest removing boosters or limiting their buffs to the same as max charm buffs in game as explained in the reasons above :)

I was explaining that is the outcome because of pay to kill boosters, and you know it too. It's the pay to win meta of scout/raider pvp.

I can bet if something is done about boosters then the compositions in AA will be more versatile as well (no pun intended).

People would still purchase boosters if they were the same as cleric/stat buffs btw.

Soooo, here is something to think about in regarding with "disabling" boosters from the Training Grounds.

 

First, there is nothing to gain within the Training Grounds. No honor. No items. It is purely for personal boasting, gloating, and ego stroaking.

 

Aside from that, if you want us to make it fair, like we do for the PvP matches in the Game Arena, we would need to add a "staging area" just like for the Game Arena matches. Where upon entering, all your buffs are cleared forcibly, and you cannot use any Item Mall items. Then, you can choose to teleport to the Training Grounds, clear of any Item Mall influences.

 

If this is something the community wishes for, we can probably get it setup for next week, since we already have the structure of how that works done.

 

What I don't understand is why there's so much attention, pressure, stress, issue, with a PvP zone you have literally zero to gain from in-game. It's a practice zone, so you can play, test things out, and and the sort. There's nothing official, no ranks, nothing that you get to show for being there other than notoriety within the community.

 

But I digress, if the community wants it to be setup like the PvP GA Matches, we'll set it to task.

On a short reply, pvp in TG is and was a huge influence for fun in this game. It offers no reward but fun, especially during dead AA queue times because of lack of population.

Leonis I think that is a great suggestion btw, but I would like to see this implemented TEMPORARILY as a test run. Maybe a week or two to get feedback :)

I'm sure all the players using damage boosters and aruas like it as is. You can buy aruas from other players so I don't see a problem with them working in pvp, but that's just my opinion. There's definitely an argument for both ways.

Boosters can be obtained through zulie but they change the whole pvp system because no class but knights raiders and scouts can survive because of boosters. Clerics and all other classes get melted due to 50% increase in damage stats.

i agree with visitorX and think there should be a staging area before Training grounds , Clerics , gunbourgs and such cant even go in TG if there is other classes on boosters My Vote is get rid of boostering in TG

Get rid of boosters in tg please :). Boosters don't make you good it's the stats in skills that makes you good :D

You can run into tg boostered up and kill everyone real quick, but that doesn't make you good lmao

PvP isn't fun if you have zero competition, stop being.. a word I unfortunately can't say right now.

Pvm to level or farm. Why do you need boosters to pvp? In the end it only ruins the pvp system and fun for the community.

Edit: there isn't always enough players to do AA.

Thats a really expensive way of leveling farming considering that you can pretty much kill anything on cleric buffs even if its low charm

In my opinion the implementation of boosters was a bad idea in the first place so I really don't care what they end up doing to them. As long as PVP goes back to its original state. Clan vs clan isn't even possible at the moment because of the stain Hawker pvp meta.

Stat buffers are characters in game with gear you can get in game. They are not item mall items that must be purchased with real money for temporary increase in ADDITIONAL stats compared to a normal cleric or stat buffer's buffs.

Note: I worked hard leveling and gearing out full stat buffer characters for my main, only to find out they were completely nullified by boosters, but once again. Stat buffers don't ruin pvp. Boosters do. Clerics and other classes can survive attacks against other characters on stat buffs.

If you don't see the difference between the two then I'm sorry but I won't explain it in anymore detail.
