I keep returning to Rose, but last time I played was probably 3 or more years ago.

I logged in and I've found my smattering of characters, my treasured Cleric, my little Muse, my er...whatever next level Hawker is, my Champion, etc...

Everything is completely different now, all my skills are gone and I've just got SP.

My main question is regarding my SP for skills and stats...

My level 111 Hawker seems to only have 100 SP (for skills). Does that sound right? This is my oldest character, and has existed since... 2005, but I've never had my skills reset before this time.

My level 170 Cleric only has around 140.

My level 70 Muse has 200-ish SP (for stats)...

So, for anyone else who had a character get reset, has the most recent reset kept true to returning both SP's?

...too bad my stat sp didn't reset too, now that my Buff Cleric is *apparently* supposed to have CHA now...

keep in mind that you might have unique passives that may have eaten the skill points. And your hawker should have about 102 SP.

For stat points, i've just checked, my hawker at level 67 has about 2402 stat points (around this number) so you might need to recheck that number.

And yes, buff cleric is now. Cha = buff, debuff, heals power (for cleric)

It's difficult to see exactly how many stat points I have. It'd be nice if we got a free stat reset every time the server changes how it calculates all of this.

..I heard max INT was somewhere around 400, but I'm nowhere near max level and I've got around 480.

I have minimum CHA, like 15... maybe 50 CON, but I'm guessing CON is useless now too.

Perhaps due to skills, anyway, so I'm guessing if I reset this little buffer I should dump everything into CHA.

for leveling purposes you shouldn't simply dump everything into cha,(especially if you're low level) cuz you'll need that slight defence from int due to skills(which is in the cleric tab later on) even if it doesn't do much. You'll need to survive longer for leveling as well as do your job as a healer. When you are maxed out, then you can dump everything into cha rest int. Recommended for now is put 100 int and rest cha. Until you out level the int needed to hold the wand that is within your level range.

Unless of course you want a different kind of build, but that's a whole different story.

Judging by what you typed, i think what you mean is that you have already distribute your stat points throughout your cleric, so i'm not entirely sure if i can find that out.

Finally, if you're a returning player, you should recieve a 24 hour reset which would last you 24 hours of in game login time. Meaning it last for 24 hours of your online time. It will pause if you logout of the game. It is located at the Item Mall tab of your skills window if you didn't know that. Unless of course you already been online for that long or you created this prior after the skill updates.

Almost forgot, 400 is maximum base stat for all the stats. Means that it is the maximum number of stat points distributed that the certain stat can gain for example cha being 400 base. To get more cha items that you're wearing plays a role. Max cha atm is 1084, and most of the items are not easy to obtain as you'll need a lot of money and time. There's 2 ways to see how much your distributed into that stat, 1 is to strip, literally, strip your armor and look at your stats from there, that's the true base values. Or if you played long enough, the numbers beside the actual stat points can also help.

Hope this helps

Very nice, okay, I used a reset.

Ooh, this isn't awesome, I'm used to having lots of INT now I have too little MP and too little MP regain speed.... I'll have to play with this a bit.

What is the recommended stat ratio for a reasonable Buff Cleric?

Well if maxed, and you are fully focused on trying to get +65 (max buff) then it is simply 400 cha rest int.

Thanks. Are there any guides out there for the current optimal build ratios across all character types/builds?

Like: Katar Raider, AOE Champ, AOE Mage, Gun Bourg, etc.
