I math just fine, but I wasn't sure if it was a typo or a clever extension of the hyperbole.

I'm sorry to tell you guys that most likely your RO files is screwed by now. Those patcher will patch the files, but at some point it will repatch back to 2011/2014 over and over again until the end of time.
The best solution is to reinstall RO again.
This happens due to the corrupted patch.inf file in RO installation folder. Best way to prevent this from happening again is to keep a working copy of patch.inf in another folder after each successful patching process.
Close the patcher immediately when it tries to patch from 2011/2014. And copy paste the working copy of patch.inf into your RO installation folder.

Always keep a working patch.inf as backup, at least do it once a week. Beside that since server getting funny this few month i force myself to manually download all the update/patch...yeah all of it ><

The issue is that after you download it, the patcher still doesn't detect them and re-download everything...

I used the installer only once. I always have a Gravity folder backed up in other massive storage devices in case anything goes wrong. It has worked pretty well for me so far.

For that you need to download the patch.inf from http://choobs.org/stuff/patch.php according to the earliest update files that you downloaded.
These patch.inf file act as a "Marker" for from where the patching should start from. When these file got corrupted, the patcher will start repatching from 2011/2014.

Yeah the client will re-download the whole file again if yr patch.inf is corrupt. Use ren patch generator >< latest patch number would be 2774 i guess.
Select your server and put 2774 on patch number, download, paste the file on yr ro folder, done.

Providing that you didn't allow all of the outdated updates to be installed, you can revert the client installation to a consistent state without reinstalling the client using my special method (see item 3).
