had the same Problem a while ago...

 

contacting the Support and asking for a relocate of the concerned Character helped.

Thank you Sandyman. That is right. The most frequent cause are bad coordinates where a character was logged out. Not sure exactly how to avoid it. But, to fix it, a ticket to Support and request specifically to have the character moved while offline to a different location on the same map. The GM Team will use the tools to move the character and this usually resolves the problem. The average ticket time for Requiem right now is about a day. You can also message me on the forum but I will be honest and tell you the ticket will be faster on this, a Friday evening.

if you see this:

that is a Server System Error.

 

(which means you can`t log in)

 

To fix this, you ask the Support to move your Character to a save spot.

 

How it happens? well for me it was climbing on the Top of the Ancient Tree (which is pretty high^^)

Avoiding it is simple. Saved location changes. Once you are logged off for more than 10 minutes, your saved location changes to the warp gate you are saved at.

last one was Noel (humm...again ? yeah sorry :p_swt: ) replying me my problem with "skills" on a toon was well registered ... too bad i was not talking about any "skills" but about being unable to enter Vox's Lair ( coming from jump event last year a mate said to me ) ... but was probably  what you say : a copy / paste ticket :p_laugh:

 

Moreover i didn't checked yet , but i had a brief patching the next day. So let's be optimistic. maybe the work have been done, will see , just lazy to log that toon not in that area by now :p_err:
