damn.. if this is the case my character would simply turn to ash. I've been playing for only a week  :Emo_14:

I hope this wont affect my effort lvling my character 72 ~ 79 for playing 12 hours a day(weekend exp event+50 beans i bought) , if my character went back to lvl 72  id be quitting this game.

It supposedly happened around the start of EW today. So no major rollback.

The servers are still down to fix the database issues and we still have no ETA.

When the servers are up again we will make plans for some kind of compensation.

 

I will keep you informed about any news as soon as I get them.

Thx for your work popcorn. Hope it will be like you said, a rollback to the moment the issue appeared. if it would be a 1 week rollback my whole character lvl 67 would just dissapear haha :D

I hope so too and I am crossing fingers for that. If a fix takes that long everything seems to be possible.

Servers are up and running!

 

The database has been rolled back to the time

when the issue began (around 14:07 Server Time).

 

Due to some circumstances there is a chance that

you have lost traded or mailed items. In this case

please submit a ticket to our support team.

 

Please know that we can check the logs so please don't

try to get items back you didn't have.

 

 

Thanks to the staff for all the hard work during a Sunday.

 

 

More infos about a possible EXP compensation will be posted later.

I don't recall everything lost. Nothing major just some stuff my market sold for gold. I'm sure logs will show it however.

*stretches and yawns* man did I pick a good day to go partying. My shop was open the entire time, few small valued items sold, lost nothing though. There seem to be a lot of hardware fails as of late. Should we indigogo a permanent solution? Haha

What can be done about Emporia War because the database error happened in the time between 1 and 2 star castle fights? Meaning the guild didn't have a chance to fight for 2-star.
