What is the MAXIMUM attack speed in-game?

Ok I'm getting confused... I thought the highest ASPD you can reach is 193 but based on the iRO wiki formula, it seems to be 200? I'm under the impression that at 193 ASPD you hit 7 times per second. I also read on some forums though (forgot where) that this server has ~196 ASPD as the highest possible... Can anyone shed some light of clarity? Thanks^^

Only those grenn/other colored plants have 200 aspd. Rest all are limited to only 193.

they've got heat-sensoring organs, slowly coming to you stealthily, and waiting for the right moment to plant its root at the back of your neck/ taking over your head

Normal and Trans chars will only get a maximum of 190. But after changing to third jobs, the aspd cap will become 193.

Gotta be 100 to get 193 cap. At 99/1 third class it's still 190 last I checked.
