Charm does affect heals, but not MP Recovery, that's not an effect and is based on your MaxMP at a basic rate.

You're missing a lot of discussions if you're bringing up the Arua's Blessing topic. They are not "utterly useless."

Canehda don't take this the wrong way, but shut up before you make yourself look any worse.

1: Why in the world would I be ACTIVELY LEVELING a Cleric RIGHT NOW, if I wanted to destroy them? The answer, I don't want to make them useless. Get your facts straight

2: You're right, there is no way to build a BUFF SLAVE cleric to be useful in TG fights. However, if you're wanting to actively* play a support Cleric, there are many many ways to do that. if you want to be an active healer, you don't even need to bother with buffs, cause face it, buff slaves are buffing before TG fights anyway. There'd be no point to you having them in the first place for TG now would there....

3: Lastly, I always make something as a reward for beta testers when it's a big enough update. And this does fit into my definition of big enough, hence, I'm going to design a reward for those who test, and as usual, it most likely won't be recycled as a reward for a very very long time. Because they're designed to be something unique. So, instead of looking at this as a chance of personal gain, look at it as a net gain for the community, or get out.

Either way, don't even think about using my name to support your biggotry and slanderous assumptions, cause I will not even entertain the thought of letting you slide on it. You dig?

Back on topic, really really looking forward to testing now, thank you for the fast updates, this will surely enable much more thorough and in depth testing over the weekend. Cheers.

i was testing on Pegasus before this update and was getting really sad with the cooldowns my knight was totally useless

told my dungeon partner that i was going to have to demand Leonis and Genesis build me an emo closet in AP

After todays update i am happy to report that the emo closet will no longer be needed and that i'm liking the new update a lot

will post more after some more testing

If your talking about a cleric with full buffs then your wrong - of course they can be good in a tg war - switching equips and play style would be all you need really to be effective - no one looks outside the box when comes to a cleric and they just think - stand there spam in tons of charm - GG , not correct, if you think outside the box - test 'WEIRD' builds and trust me you can be more beneficial than most clerics

Matt please back me up on this one hahah

*smh*, no, I was talking about a legitimately built healer. NOT a buff stick. Taking down a Legitimate Healer is a very very daunting task, I would know because at 178 in 120 braves with a  CORRECT build, PKers in Ruins couldn't even take me down. And now at 209, I'm looking at my defenses and healing and over-all survival wondering what on earth you Clerics have been doing allowing other classes to dictate being so much weaker than you could be. When I comes to weird builds, trust me, I've done my experiments with them and my Cleric is no exception.

That is good to hear.. but info about the pkers? Are they fully geared/buffed ? Sometimes pkers in ruins are not good enough. I can say ur build is good if u can survive a fully buffed/geared katar raider in half a min..

Your cleric is in Paragon, your opinion of clerics being efficient during a TG war is invalid, considering you are not required.

Holy crap I didn't know that the game would lie to me.

Also, Aura blessing is darn effective, what I was mentioning was that I believe that clerics(only with max heals...) should be able have a skill that can nullify the effects of such.

2: You're right, there is no way to build a BUFF SLAVE cleric to be useful in TG fights. I will pay you over a thousand dollars if you can survive with a cleric against one raider on aura and sigil in TG.

I honestly do not think a cleric should be able to tank 5 people, don't get me wrong...
But should it be able to last longer than 3 seconds against a single raider? ....

All I'd like to see, is the option for a skill to nullify auras blessing.... Not that... that would fix all the issues.... but surely would be a good start.

Hey,

I've decided to try Pegasus and try to help out but its either I'm doing something wrong or I don't know lol.

I'm quite an old player and I do not have all the new sets, IM passives and such and without them I cannot really test things properly,

I've tried buying some stuff from the Honor/ Valor shops but since I dont have any of them it wont let me..

As a test server I really think that everything should just be available to grab from NPC's including IM stuff..

Waiting for an answer from the devs / someone who knows what I'm doing wrong XD

Thanks in advance,

no raider can nullify my/callums clerics in TG wars alone.

What does Paragon have to do with it?

100% right - if you would play on clericEN you would be like "wth how can people die on clerics or even complain" - clerics are awesome sadly only a few players show so far enaugh intelligence and skill to use the class correctly. Edit: and this while having all buffs, which is essential for Akram Arena

please back to the Pegasus Topic - i have said this is no discussion thread it is a Feedback thread based on personal experiences on Pegasus

Hai, Pegasus uses data from the live server. So whatever your character has on the live server, that is pretty much what it will have on the test server. This makes it pretty much impossible for some of you older players to properly test. Even if your character on the live server would get updated equipment and such right now, it's too late, the data has already been imported into the Pegasus server. I think your suggestion has some merit, I am sure there are more people that would be willing to test, but feel they can't because they don't have the proper items. What you can do though, is compare between the live server and Pegasus, and see what you think. Welcome back sweetie!

Hey mate,

Please read my comment here and see what you can do about it.

I have some spare time now and I would like to use some of it to help out but I guess I cant..

I think a test server should be free for all, what I mean is that I can get what ever I want, everything should be selling for no zulies

in NPCS so we could really test out things and the results would be reliable.

Waiting for your answer,

ok.. i dont rly "tested" something.. cause pegasus is pretty empty :(

The Only things i noticed.. may Raider on Pegasus have 20% less aspd. Cooldown on my Knight skillz are longer now.

Noticed they reduced the max stat 4.5% aspd to 2%aspd. also lowerd aspd on typhoon and Honor gear. So i thought they maybe incrased the aspd on the 220 Honor ( im wearing 200). But they dont.

And at this point...i noticed my first time that all honor gear (200 to 220 ) got a plus on the stats....ONLY the aspd gear dont change. Thats on live and pegasus. I wonder why?

so my question to all pegasus tester....there are any changes to the good? for me it smells like a big nerf at all and everything.

it feels like they dun wanna spend new stuff if they incrase the lvl cap to 240. so they make all the classes lil weaker..and if we hit lvl240 we are at the same point like now with 230.

p.s. sorry for my bad english :(

As a server intended to test whether all npc charge that, how test if I don't have the honor points or value required?, I'm surprised the intelligence of programmers.

"Try the beta server" but test this with things you already have, because not let the npc free so do not know what their armed to the maximum player.

Remember that everything is consumption, and the evidence or samples are always free

The idea is to test the changes, not your gear. No new items or equipment was added, and it's assumed you can give feedback on the difference you feel compared to now on the live server.

isnt this a bit to much ? i know the charm is way to much but wouldn't this make def based classes like knight and champs way to vunrable?

This is just a PvP Build i made just to see what the Buff downs would look like if charm would be really high.

It only lasts 6 seconds, and the cooldown is 12 seconds.

i dun understand the elemental stuff . what do " ghost" elementel scroll?  and i dun see any incrase in any stat if i use any elemental scroll. so what will be the effekt in pvm if i use those scrolls?

never noticed any icon on the mobs/bosses that say its a water, earth, fire, ice .. elemental mob.

oh and btw... its ok if they put the scrolls in the valor shop. but would it be possible to incrase the valor points to farm from 10k to 15k..or 20k ?

I feel that the stat buffs maxing at 10 is going to be another blow to Artisans especially in Dgs and crafting.
One of the thing that makes Artis desirable in dgs (other than slowly killing efforts and once in a while nicely timed Hyphno) is their stat buffs. Or else it's "oh look, no aoe! get ready to be kicked if a cleric doesn't join".
On live server, I am able to achieve 87%+ success rate for a grade 7 gem while on Pegasus, a mere 77.7% (both using Hermes). It feels even more dissatisfying that one spent hecka time farming gears for higher Con just to be gutted again. Will there be reconsiderations on increasing the success rate?

Bow Scouts seems to be getting the better end of the bargain compared to xbow Scout in debuffs. With 620 cha, bow's mspd and dodge debuff reaches over 84% while xbow's equates roughly 31%. Both having the same duration.
I'm a bit uneasy about that extra 2 secs cool down on dual Raider's Freezing Assault. A bow scout can overpower in terms of the duration and cool down.

Dgs: I don't know, but the mobs seems easier to kill and in SOD, my knight can last a lot longer than in live server even though weapons and armors values are lower. Still need to try out some more and hadn't done dgs with elements yet.

Elements: Orlo mobs: It seems that the exotic elements like the holy, sorcery, poison, and ghost deals more damage and defense than the normal fire, wind, water, and earth elements even when the mobs element is opposite. Except for some instances like the Mini-devourer (earth), the element effects on damage and defense are minimal and about the same as any non-elemental weapon/armor.

Is it possible to do a period where no valor/honor passives are active? Meaning if you have the passives, make it not work for a period of testing.

Despite what every seems to think is going on here, it's making it easier. But I do find it entertaining that I've only seen 3 people on pegasus aside from the ones I've drug onto it for co-op testing. So I know there are very little opinions here worth taking into consideration.

I actually tested on pegasus on a few chars. I like the new numbers to the buffs now, even the stat ones.

Now my only concern is the fact that global skill CD has increased. My comment is, are you guys trying to break the game? Making the game more skill type only adds to the fun of actually pushing buttons to hit people. When doing so, you also think which skill you need to use at that moment to take advantage. Plus, increasing global CD will only benefit those melee classes more causing more mindless 'point and click'. This is just what i think.

Other than that, the other concern is the fact that dodge has increased, crit has increased, but accu has decreased... what are you guys doing.... *sigh* again, advantage to the katar raider class...

That's all i tested so far, still working on testing when i can by simply comparing live servers to pegasus. Just hope all this is corrected before put into live server

Katsura they fixed that CD issue when they uploaded patch 113, instead of 100-300% CD's they're now 10-20%, [1-4seconds, not 20-30]. Since 113 went up, I haven't had nearly as many CD related issues. Have you tested since this patch number, if so and are still experiencing CD related issues, which class/skills are you having problems with.

not that I've tried yet, I am worried how a spear champ will manage w/ a cooldown increase.... I like being able to have a none stop constant AOE ability, loosing that will kinda make me sad, but *shrug* --- Still installing it, and awaiting on friends to join w/ me.
