Just like Hissis said there, it's true, but Dragon Tail cant 1 shot people while Slug Shot is 1 shot 1 kill ,
remember when in sakray we got less variable and more fixed cast, now is opposite 1 sec fixed cast and 9 secs var
means that 9 secs is easily reduced by gears

Fallen Angel skill is disabled in pvp based on my testing in Sakray. Is this normal?
Howling Mine + Dragon Tail is what worked best for me, probably unable to OH-KO but more reliable and the cast time is very short.
HM= 15k + 30k damage DT= 85k damage in sakray pvp looks good to me.
Slug shot sound awesome (OH-KO damage) theoretically but unreliable in practical due to slow cast time and HIT reduction from long range. But not as bad as HoG though.

binding trap with flicker can cause 1/7 of monster's current hp, neutral element, 75% for ghost 1, 50%for ghost 2, and 0 for ghost 3 and 4. can be affected by lex, around 10s cooldown. The first shot for demon god can get 35M hp with lex.

Howling Mine detonates if you just shoot the target normally again. If you switch weapons before that, damage drops by a lot. Probably me having horrible weapons to mess with.
80% sure both parts are fixed fire. I remember shooting fire element enemies with water grenades equipped and it hit the immunity. I may have had fires on me though, so only 80% sure.
Eternal Chain activates Chain Action based on the level of EC used. It always takes one coin. IIRC this got changed later?
Unlike what I saw someone post before, you cannot refresh Heat Barrel. The cooldown is something like 10 seconds AFTER the 10 seconds overheat at the end at max level. Well, I only tested at 1 and 5, so maybe something in between works.
Binding Trap is basically just a landmine right now. I didn't notice any effects from pulling stuff into/through it.

A cooldown following another cooldown? That's ridiculous! I'd think auto attack builds need more love, but apparently it's spam skills or go home...

Rather than double cooldowns, it's that the re-use delay cooldown is so damn long that you're guaranteed to hit the overheat "cooling down" debuff. I really wanted to grab it and toss around rifle skills for fun, but no dice.
Fire Rain has an effective 13 square max range, since you can cast it starting 3 squares off from you. Has the downside of completely missing point blank if you do so.
Anyone got a suggestion for what I should toss my 33 points into for testing? Only have Coins, Plat. Altar, and gatling skills right now.

Hm...considering all that posted about howling mine and it's mysteries... ya'll agree on that the 2nd part is for sure Fire element while the first part is...um neutral?
Yea Eternal Chain activates chain action based on the lvl which is weird since it should activate based on, the number of coins = lvl of Chain Action. (Fun fact, sidewinder cards don't work with chain action anymore...at least that's what I tested with for 500 bullets...)
Yea Heat barrel in general has technically 20 seconds of CD, 10 of inactivity and another 10 for like....some reason.
Binding Trap should slow targets down by a bit, but if the str is really high it shouldn't be affected much by it then.

Looks like Heat Barrel is even worse than I thought cooldown wise. The skill re-use cooldown is so damn huge that it takes up the entire buff's uptime, the overheat, and then some. If you cancel it you're not getting it back up for a bit. I think the exact times are posted on the wiki forum.
I tested Binding Trap on a Poring actually. Was expecting it to more or less stop moving, but it still passed it at about the same rate. Probably should have dragged two of them simultaneously to compare. I guess 10% of "really really slow" isn't noticeable.
If I end up getting Howling Mine again for final build, I'll go test it again if no one else has by next month.

Take a look, his character is using DT/BT build, different from slug shot skill , DT ignores flee if im not wrong, so you wont have to worry about accuracy, also if you see sometimes he hits 999999 , it's from binding trap damage which is 1/7 ( im not sure 1/7 or roughly 30% of target current hp ? ) + you can Lex it for double damage,
Jitterbug boss since it has 20mil hp ( pls correct me ) , 1/7 of it means 2.8 mil, lexed = roughly 5mil damage. ( pls correct me )
wasnt there a guy who posted about 35mil binding trap damage ? well it's same for his case.
( 1/7 or 30% current hp ? i feel like it's 30% )
