i used 2 sigils on my 2 characters but it seems the exp rate they get still the same as b4 without it... can u pls help me!

You will have to send in a ticket preferably with screen shots if you have them. You can do that here, http://www.warpportal.com/.
Click on the support button, make an account, then submit your ticket. You can go there then to reply to the ticket if you need to, or to just to check up on it.
