I was super excited about the new stuff coming to ROSE soon and while being very stealthy I may have 'borrowed' an image to share with you guys >__>
 
Anyone want a sneak peek at a new pet and mount design coming to a ROSE near you for a certain anniversary event?

yeah! make sure this mount is unique which has an active skill, can dive, or grants additional +50% movement speed, something like that or any skill LOL

By that smiley I guess you are complaining? I rather have 2 maintence then no maintence.

When they're not adding anything other than a new jpeg for a skin, I'd rather them hold it off for two days and do it with the event patch, AND keep the sale offers to land them potentially a few more payments. It's illogical.

Thats your opinion and just becuse its your opinion it dosent mean its ''it's illogical'' am not saying mine is ''logical'', but dont put your word as facts becuse we all have different opinions.

 

On what Angeltje said, I read it as like she was complaining on maintenances and I rather have maintenances then no maintenances like I said before.

 

Maybe they had a reason why they couldn't make a huge maintenance?

 

If they could made a huge maintenance instead, I would rather have that to be honest, if there was a option.

Ok, 

Confusing and taking services down for trivial things like a single new costume skin and the removal of a promotion, then 2 days later doing it again is frustrating and damages the opinion of the companies professionalism or lack of proper planning. Many services have experienced this in the past and can be cited as a real life occurring situation. This shows customers would rather have 1 longer service interruption over a series of small and sporadic interruptions. 

 

Moving on to my statement of it BEING* illogical, 

They already have confused their customers with unusual maint' patterns, but did so immediately after a very large Cash event. This could lead to buyers remorse if the service interruptions are too frequent. This could result in payment reversals etc IF the individual is particularly upset about it. Making the decision to have a very abnormal pattern of service interruptions risks not only the moral of their customers and patrons, but also risks their current value via said example of payment reversals. 

 

Hence, making the conscious decision to have erratic down-times for trivial reasons, which potentially risks their customers moral and payments, IS illogical. And that is a proven fact multiple hundred of thousand times in everyday retail or service operations. That's why companies employ quality control, satisfaction surveys and compensation for extreme cases of abnormal operations, to either prevent OR redeem their image from these episodes. 

 

=.= It may be an opinion, but it's an opinion supported by the sciences of economics and business employed around the world EVERY DAY. I just happen to believe and uphold those studies findings.

to Buffiies, i am not against a maintenance at all. I am against doing a maintenance with not lots of changes and then 2 days later doing another maintenance. why not do just one big maintenance..

(aka kinda what Feuer explained, sorry for repeating you Feuer. but wanted to explain myself. Kinda logic tho that i agree with you tho)

Multiple Maint is annoying . ( You know setting up this massive bot operation every two days is time consuming and a pain :)  )

 

I agree with Feuer 100% looks bad from a business stand point to there costumers ( rose players) its not logical and shows poor planning or lack of confidence in the updates. Just my ,02
