They are popular on low lvls not as much as overlords but a fair ammount of. End game 80 and up there arent much goons or most likely they are just pve focused.

The population of people who play dragoons as mains are extremely low, which shows how bad they are in general. This class is more of a just play for fun and know in pve/pvp your not gonna do so well. There are a few people who "have" dragoons as an alternate character in the closet around level 81-85, but either quit or stopped playing it because of the nerfs and how they don't work in the current meta. I'm still trying to get it up and stack it to see how they fair, although I pretty know how much I'm gonna make a difference in high tier pvp.
