Can you bring it up to WarpPortal staff about being more vigilant about updating first posts of threads (referring primarily to Patch notes) about things like this?
Users shouldn't have to search every single page of a thread to find a GM post.
Maybe have a stickied thread that is something like "Current GM announcements" that moderators can update? Once that relevant info is gone, it can be deleted and kept fresh.
Thoughts Vmod?
I believe that's a really good point to consider, will check with the CMs about the suggestion.

pretty sure whatever the expiration date is noted on your account is when it expires, regardless of whether you choose to log in between now and the end date.
i thought it will only start once you login.. hmm .. oh, well....lets just enjoy whatever we're given.. ^^,

is there a third wave of the temp vip rewards or will this be all ahead of the weekend? because it looks like many accounts were still missed
It should have been all sent out by now.
The non VIP accounts will require a complete logout-login to benefit from the free bonus.

Just to clarify, does the non-vip game account have to have had vip subscription at one point for it to receive this +3 vip days?
out of 5 game accounts on this account, 2 (current VIP accounts) received +3 days and the other +7 days (+3 & +4). The other 3 non-vip accounts received nothing. Please keep in mind those 3 accounts never had vip subscription, but were used frequently in November.

i checked transaction history and still do not have credit on 4 accounts. all logged in before 11/20 which was the updated cutoff.

it is better to put " check your goddamn account to see if it is log in base or given date base"
it is not that we arent grateful for the gift, it is just misleading

Once an account is credited with VIP the VIP time ticks regardless you log on that account in-game or not. Now let's say a non VIP account is active and idle in-game, 3 VIP days are credited to the account but it will not receive the in-game benefits till the user logout-login completely. This also means, a user may waste the bonus if he/she is not aware as the account remains idle for that duration.

yes i did, here is the prove. All 3 accounts are on the same warpportal account, one of them is missing the 3 days vip tho

As advised by the CM, if you are certain your account is applicable for the compensation but did not receive the promised VIP bonus then please submit a support ticket.

EDIT: What department should I file this ticket under? Payment Support?
EDIT2: Sent it under Payment Support, I saw nothing relevant if I chose RO1 as the department. =V

On topic:
My account that I used to do instance didn't get VIP bonus too. I played it everyday prior November 18, but got stuck in instance just before server move. Is that why I didn't get the bonus? I'll try sent a ticket about it

I believe IPB forums have some kind of "best answer" feature that the staff can use to highlight their own posts on the first page of a topic, not sure exactly how it works tough. I've seen it in many forums, maybe something similar can be used here (even if it's not IPB).

I've been using at least 5 accounts since November 1st until now. Only one of those accounts got VIP last weekend, I didn't even need it there.
But anyway, I'm still waiting for the bonus to be applied on my hunter account.
I already checked the transaction history of that account: "No Data is Found"
Should I raise a ticket?

I can see the response to the ticket now. "Sorry, the time has passed for you to claim this" or something like that.
Out of my 4 accounts only one of them was credited with the VIP last weekend. So far none of my other (more active) accounts have been credited at all. Thanks anyway.... Bag up job.

I don't think it's going to be that way, what the CM meant by that is don't expect a speedy response considering it's Thanksgiving and weekend combined. If your account is eligible and missed the compensation for some reason or another you will get it, there shouldn't be an end date as far as I know.
