Hello Roserians!

 

Tomorrow, 11/20/2015, at 5PM PST we will be having a Server Update. 
 
Changes
 
We will be adjusting the last portion of the new event daily quest, About a Chicken, so that the quest proof can have a chance of being obtained from the small chicken monsters as well as the large chicken monster. The timer for the Large Chicken monster will also be increased so it respawns faster. 
 
We will also be using this time to distribute the compensation for the unexpected downtime, including extending time on the upkeep clan skills, and other skills that have lengthy timers to them.

Through the miracles of science and good planning and preparation.

The servers are updated, and online!

I guess 30 minutes was an overestimation...

If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know if you are logging in through Steam or the normal Warpportal client, and what OS you are using so we can look into this further.

Thank you for your report, I have forward this information on to help us investigate this further. If your game is running in administrator mode, please try reinstalling your game client if you are still getting this error.

Reinstalled, updated and I managed to launch it.

 

However, before reaching the connection screen, some small windows pop up:-

 

1) 3DDATA\STB\LIST_ZONE.STB

 

### BEGIN OF POPED UP WINDOW ###

 

Title of Small Window: 3DDATA\STB\LIST_ZONE.STB

 

Contents: File open error...

 

 

### END OF POPED UP WINDOW ###

 

 

After pressing OK button

 

 

2) ERROR

 

### BEGIN OF POPED UP WINDOW ###

 

Title of Small Window: ERROR

 

Contents: STB file[ 3DDATA\STB\LIST_ZONE.STB ] open error !!!

Please disregard the errors posted. I run all four (4) executable files under "Admin mode".

i cant log in my 2nd account(cleric) i logged in my muse an hour and a half after the restart, and my 2nd account is stuck in connecting to server, i check mmoserver and it seems all the servers are up except for char server which is been down i think for the last 3 weeks...

Try closing the program and restart. i had that just now and after closing the program for 5 minutes, it's ok again.

Why i cant open my rose client..?then the chracter log in is in red color...i already checked plugins but still the same...

you should be able to login despite the char server showing that its offline. Most of us has been doing that for the past week.

 

and i just logged in with no problems. Maybe post a screenshot of your problem?
