Rose Online Community Hello I leave this message for the reason that my mind this bug . I'm doing the Christmas event and I can not claim any article . Please me could solve that little problem . Thank you

I'm going to assume he means items, as in an article of clothing.

Maybe the quest NPC is not working correctly, and he is unable to turn in the quest to receive the items.

I haven't personally done this event, so I can't confirm it.

Possible solution: Abandoned all quests, and try again.

Please supply more information so we can try to help you. 

 

1- Which Christmas quest are you doing? Check the quest log for the name if you aren't sure. Remember that you can only have 10 active quests.

2- Which event items are involved?

3- Screenshots of the dialog if you feel you are not getting the correct dialog from the NPC to complete a quest.

 

 I did the event quests yesterday on a character and all are working correctly. Some quests have more than one part and the reward is not given until you have completed all of the parts of the quest.  Here is a link to the ROSE Wiki- it shows all of the Christmas quests and the rewards involved  http://rose.irowiki....c_13_-_Jan_3.5D

It's hard to tell exactly what you're having an issue with, but if you are having trouble trading in event item drops (e.g. Snow Crystals) for rewards at an NPC, and you have multiple stacks of items in your inventory, try placing the extra item stacks into storage first before talking to the NPC so that the single stack is recognized correctly.

I had the same problems with some events.
