The Rebel needs a ensured OHKO enemy move or supported combo to be worthwile in the PvP. The Debuffer duty is so limited by next to none defensive measures.
BTW the Debuffer duty can be improved by giving to Rebel Range increase Vellum weapons so you can use range as your shield.
Let`s say:
Vellum Pistol
180 Atk and +7 190 ASPD proc trait to empbreaking duty.
Vellum Shotgun
240 Atk and +6 is +4 cell range for Vanishing Buster and Shatter Storm and +9 is halve the CD for these skills.
Vellum Gattling
250 Atk and +6 is +3 cell range for Fire Rain and +9 grants Pneuma destruction capability to Fire Rain.
Vellum Grenade Launcher
350 Atk and +6 is +3 cell range for Dragon Tail and Howling Mine and +9 grants these skills the debuff ability "Increase all recieved damage by 40% for 6 seconds"..
Vellum Rifle
220 Atk and +6 is +3 cell range fo HoG and Antimaterial Blast and +9 is the 5 second "No Heal" Vellum Flail debuff at Mass Spiral victims.

over 200k Slug shots in PvP so far lol. Well Geared players (DEF oriented gearing) Tend to take laughable dmg from Vanishing+Shatter... As for the Debuffing portion of these skills, I can't confirm the effectiveness of these actions. If someone would like to help me conduct some test with a good PvP gear set MSG me here to link up

What amount of damage can you do with Antimaterial Blast vs same adversaries?
By the way these 200k damage will be the 120k damage in the WoE.
And is this the damage with Lex Aetherna?
And this damage can be used to raze WoE:SE barricades and Guardstones by OHKO em.

im in progress to swap my ea FAW to spell FAW, hopefully i can reduce var cast time for slug shot, since bee MvP card is too
expensive for me
could be awesome if rebel can wear Temporal boots, at least make us can wear Temporal Dex

I already said this but i'll repeat.
Cooldown,damage,hp,is not the real problem.
I'm ranger player,My rebel has more resist than my ranger but i can kill 20x more with my ranger... Why? AS/WARG are ''fast skills''.
I'll try to explain it better,In a woe scenario debuffing the enemy with VB/SS or Anti-Material is useful cause most of times the enemy is not aiming you,also,is more easy to survive inside a castle due to the reductions.
But,in a 1x1,even if u can handle the damage,what's the point if the enemy can just hide ur skills?
Slug Shot,most of times (90% i guess,even full geared players) can one shot people but as i said before,it's really really hard to make SS useful for PVP,u can try variable cast reduction gears but you gonna lose damage,doing it,u can say bye to ur OH(against well geared players)
The way to keep the OH is variable reduction by stats,but as i said,it's EXPENSIVE (in my case i need a Phreonni Card/ +3DEX RWC RING to finish my rebel)
Dragon Tail is useful for some sura's without resist,rangers and GX's using full damage gears (you can put WL/SORC here but is rare to see one on the pvp).
In the future will be easir to make this (i heard about a hat that reduces -50% fixed cast time,it's from phantasmagorica) and the Kimi Glove can have DEX enchants (Horror Toy Factory,hope we can use this).
Well,i tried to explain my points about pvping with rebel.

Yeah,Temporal would be great,no need of Sacra/Hit Barrel and we could get 18~24 Points (9~12 DEX),making the IC more easy

There's a way to play with Rebel in pvp,but,u will need :
• Expensive Gears to get IC (DEX/INT gears)
• Phreonni or thanatos/ss card.
• Fingers
• a lot of food,bless scroll,hp increase,vit +20
• Specific Build
atm i'm trying to get the gears, after this i will try to pvp
Would be great if Gunslinger panic work as indeed but we're playing Ragnarok,everything is broken

any class is worth if u want to have fun,don't expect to kill everyone with ur Rebel,but you can have fun pvping with it.

the only good skills for woe are the shotgun skill and hit barrel
tested all the rebell skills in woe and they suck ass i dont know if they are bugged or they really sucks.

ranged skills only suffer the skill reduction in woe, 50%
the ranged reduction is specifically for autoattacks.
melee autoattacks suffer no penalty
