Problem: Mark of Death skill description and debuff icon description say two different things. The skill description tells us if the target on which MoD skill is used upon is a rogue, it will receive additional damage. The debuff icon description on the target says the damage inflicted by Rogue's attack is increased.

Should be: I think it makes more sense to be the damage inflicted by rogue class on MoD debuffed target is increased, and not if the target is a rogue. I have not tested to confirm which of the two actually happens, I let that to our sweet VCRs to do it.

Steps to Reproduce: Cast Mark of Death on a target and compare both descriptions.

Problem: Fireball skill description does not match with how the skill works. The skill description claims that additional damage equaling to 30% of the inflicted damage is inflicted over 10 seconds. In reality, from my testings the additional damage inflicted over 10 seconds equals roughly 450% of the initial inflicted damage. (90% * 5 )
 
Should be: Given how the Wizard class underperforms compared to other classes, I believe Fireball is working as it should after the developer's improvement to the skill and the description should be updated to reflect those changes. The description should be "Shoots a massive ball of fire on the enemy and inflicts Fire damage equaling 784% of your Magic ATK, then inflicts additional damage equaling 450% of the inflicted damage over time." You could add over 10 seconds instead of over time to be more precise.
 
Steps to Reproduce: Cast Fireball on a target and compare Scorching Heat damage to what the description says it should be but is not.

Problem: After changing jobs all buffs (including skills buffs, food and potion) dissapeared (and I randomly catched they didn't dissapeared all instantly on the screenshots, or maybe it was lagg?) 
Should be: Buffs continue after job change

Fire Ball is a known issue. The damage over time is calculated based on 30% of the damage before defence is applied.

 

This is likely to be changed in future rebalancing.

Fire Ball is a known issue. The damage over time is calculated based on 30% of the damage before defence is applied.

 

This is likely to be changed in future rebalancing.

 

yeah I thought it probably is known. How come 30% of the damage? Either the description is wrong or the skill isn't working as it should. Currently the dot applied equals to 90% of the damage and it ticks 5 times.

Doing quick calculations Flame Explosion should be doing roughly a bit more than the double of Firebolt (488% is almost 500% and 1100% is almost double of 500%).

 

Your numbers seem correct and match the skill descriptions:

Doing quick calculations Flame Explosion should be doing roughly a bit more than the double of Firebolt (488% is almost 500% and 1100% is almost double of 500%).

The number is correct if you total the damage. I would expect the description is about each hit instead of total. I am comparing this to Assassin's Shadow Explosion, which the damage on each hit (total of 2 hits) is as per the description

 

Sorry, miscalculated. In Assassin I was comparing the damage of Shadow Explosion to Double Attack, both also have 2 hits. In Wizard's case, fire Bolt only have 1 hit but Flame Explosion has 2.

No bug. I tested Shadow Assault on my newb ML21 sin with Witch claw +2 refined.
 
PSE= 3414*0.095 + 860 + 20 = 1204.33
Damage = PSE * skill multiplier = 1204.33 * 550% = 6623.82

Problem : ML1 max cap is now 10.000 MP, how they can purchase SKILL from Dapara if the required amount is 11.900 MP. This ML1 typically for farmer who stays at ML1, so they need to maxed their SKILLS and STATS.

Should be : either the MP price for skill to be lowered to 10.000 max or the cap is upgraded to 11.900 or more.

Problem: Berserk does not grant -10% dodge like it says in the description whereas in the past the stat value would decrease accordingly.
 
Should be: The dodge stat should be reduced by 10% of its value whenever the Berserk buff is on. 
 
Steps to Reproduce: Use Berserk skill and compare the dodge stat value without the buff.

This bug may have appeared only recently. I was in doubt whether the character still gets the dodge decrease and the stats aren't reflecting that, or if it simply doesnn't give the debuff at all. In any case, I'm 100% positive in the past the dodge stat would temporarily lower by 10% during the Berserk buff duration, just like the temporary attack power increase is seen in the attack power stat. Leaving it as it is now is misleading.

:p_swt: I have a problem I can not enter after selecting a server odin me boot closes the game without any error notice and I give it up and intale 2 veses but it does not solve the error. :p_swt:

Bug quest : A Safe Haven for the safe place (Bring Aione to safe place, evading any Freyanity)
Problem: first im in party when take the quest.. When im walk into evade freyjan with that haven behind me, my friend at party take the quest too.. And my haven gone but quest still on.. LOL i cant cancel that quest.. And can't repeat the quest.

Problem:
Can't use Guild's Skills (Strike A Vital Point, Pierce Eye, Dazed, Chronic Fatique) if they're not maxed (7/7)
 
Should be: Able to use them regardless of the Skill's level
 
Steps to Reproduce: No idea, some of my characters can use them, some can't.

 

 

 

Figured as much. It's a rather strange phenomenon that I remember from long ago. Players that left guilds somehow retained the guilds' passive buffs. I suspect this is a very similar case, and if so it's definitely an old bug. I'm not sure how people got rid of it in the past, but if they ever happen to be able to use them again, please leave another message.

 

Old bug, but here's another way to resolve it without using skill reset:

1.) Join guild that has same level guild skills as the one(s) you had on your skill tray before you left/were from kicked guild

2.) Use each one on any monster/player to make sure they work

3.) After clarifying they work, drag the guild skills off the skill tray

4.) Leave guild, relog

5.) Join other guild, drag that guild's skills onto your skill tray

6.) It should work now

BUG WON'T LET ME BUY "CUTE PET VIP PACKAGE" AT KAFRA SHOP. ERROR: 3008
I'm trying to buy  a new Kafra Item at Kafra Shop and when I'm just about to buy them I get "ERROR CODE:3008 Please contact customer support for further help"I've heard by the public chat and forums that I'm not the only one going through this.

Descripción: Problems with "Peekabo quest" bugged
I can't do my quests and daily quests of the pet event update for the 5th year anniversary. 
seems the quests vanished and the NPC's won't give me the quests anymore. The "peekaboo" quest is bugged.
I manage to collect all the 10 diamonds that the 2 NPC ask me.
I kill the 10 big bomb like mobs that I am required and I eliminate a rock monster type thus fulfilling all the NPC'S  requests.
But when I come back to peekaboo, I found him floating with a carrot on his mouth, motionless and covering his name and title. none of the NPC react, give or receive quests anymore.
The professor and her grandchild at Prontera do not give or receive quests anymore, the event for me is bugged
Game Master "thedarkporing" helped me and told me to report this and I would be helped right away.

Problem: "Black Mask" item drop of Abrahim cannot be picked up/looted, cursor does not show the "hand" icon when hovering to the shining loot (the one that appears when looting)

Should be: Khara Title "Assasinator" Quest requirement (1 Black Mask - Abrahim, 1 Blunt Sting - Hazard, 1 Broken Sword - Taurin, 1 Broken Bomb - Mustafa)

Anyway, just to give an update, yes the keybindings worked ®, I got the item already. I actually feel a little dumb, forgetting about the auto-loot (I last played RO2 @ 2014). Not important but hopefully the actual click-loot be resolved by the devs. :)
