Why the bonus stats keep on changing all the time???

its not a bug actually, it changes due to it being in lucky spin this month or not

Thanks for the report, however as KatsuraKujo mentioned, the EXP 25% / Extra Drop Chance 50% bonus is a temporary bonus given to items that are currently obtainable through the Lucky Spin during that month.
