Additional Notes:

New Costume Items  such as the Winter Walker and Noblesse Tyrant obtained through the Lucky Spin will only give 1 Lucky Spin Coin per item disassembled. We apologize for not making a bigger announcement regarding this matter, and will make sure to make announcements for any changes of this kind made in the future to avoid confusion.

The game launcher lets us login etc so I assume all the maintenance is complete.

Talking to Judy in Zant gives no Winter Festival options  - so is the maintenance over or is there a glitch?

The Server Maintenance is for 1/7/2016 at 2PM Pacific Standard Time. So this maintenance will not happen until tomorrow.

Ahhhh ok - sry I forgot about the time difference lol.

@Tormented that is completely understandable. I am also very excited for the Winter Festival to begin!

I'm hoping it's a lot easier than the rubber duckies quest.

The drop rate was so slow and the final 2 days it seemed to have gotten even slower - I only had 50 drop in the final 2 days play and ended up having to just sell them and being unable to get the jewellery set for my one account chars.

The Winter Festival is a lot like the summer one except it's held in Snow Valley. There will be games that you can play to earn festival tickets (or you can buy them from the festival manager), then you turn them in for items like ski uniforms, ice skating uniforms and even a snow mobile if you get enough tickets.  None of the prizes are comparable to the ones from the anniversary even but that makes sense when you think about how special the 10th anniversary of ROSE was.

This event is a lot of fun. I'm sure you will enjoy it ^^

Is there any info on this update? For a IM fix you wouldn't think servers would be down for 3 hours lol

There is not an exact time frame for when this maintenance will be complete, however the maintenance is not just to add Item Mall changes, but to make changes to help with the server restart issues that had been occurring as well.

already posted this once after the last spin update patch, they simply just omitted it.

Disassembling winter walker hands and feet, noblesse tyrant helmet, gauntlets and chest all gives only 1 spin coin. (maybe some other parts too, but these are the ones that I know of, the game owes me 8 spin coins.)

The Patch Notes will be updated regarding this matter, however, the new costume items are intended at this time to give 1 Lucky Coin per disassemble. We are sorry for not making more of an announcement regarding this. There will be more subtle changes of this kind in the future but we will make sure to give more of an announcement to these changes to clear up any confusion about them when they are implemented.

Server's down? 

Yeah I already reported it to Genesis and Lark a few minutes ago, I'd noticed the log-in crashed first. 

Server up again. Down for 1 minute!!!!

So, I assume the 10th anniversary costume sets , drop rate and exp rate is removed after the event is finished...

Sigh....no wonder drops aint dropping anything...

Run time error. After updating to v601. or is the maintenance not done yet?
