Knight build for 2016 (I'm a newbie pls help me)

I'm very new with Ragnarok 2 and I decided to dedicate my life as a knight and I would like to have some tips on building it.

I'm currently level 33 with a pure strength build and my friend told me to go 1 strength and 2 vitality when I hit master level. (Cause he told me that there will be a free reset)

Do you think that build is good?

I also heard you can max every skill in master level 50 is that true too?

Thanks in advance if somebody is willing to help me.

Right now, there is a skill called battletactics making swordsman classes very good dps. Every 250 int is 100% inc damage for your crit. After some level, your honings will be way too high on gears. For master levels, STR on knight is not good to invest as stat.

U got 3 different options ;

- Full agi : 

Knights getting 2 stats of dodge with agi, also helpful to boost your crit . ( This is mostly for pvp )

- Full vit : 

If you want to be tank, u should invest this for sure.

- Full int :

This is for dps only. Boost your int for higher crit damage.

Not sure if it's relevant, but going full VIT will also increase the amount of health healed by potions. Personally it's my build and I'm quite comfortable with it.
More margin for errors, and less potions used overall

Although, you'd need the STR and INT from gears and accessories to ramp up the damage and hold the threat meter against pure DPS classes.

Just my opinion. Also, I bid thee welcome, fellow knight!

EDIT: not sure about the maxing out all the skills though, messing around in the simulator and I can't max everything.

to be honest I'm not that sure how knight builds are now ...

am still using my old build and still figuring how it is atm

just had an interesting conversation regarding knight builds and all I see in public chat in the game is that swordies in general should be full int or full vit .. like whut?!

do please elaborate

am still sticking to my BT Tank Hybrid build since 2013 ... 

I'm still looking at how far will I go in ML30+ areas  but so far I have held my ground in DWL/DWU .. could tank a mob of Skulls and can switch to DPS as well

eeh.. not sure if it's accurate since I'm not exactly a veteran knight or something, but I'd guess people go full INT because of how battle tactics work?

Like, 40% crit damage increase every 100 INT, and you end up with around 700+ (at least) with armors and weapons only. That's like, 280% crit damage. Add in honing and runes, well, the damage tends to rack up quickly.
Even without investing AGI, your crit rate in ML is around 15-20% anyway.

So.. yeah. Speaking from personal experience, I was once hit by a stray shield boomerang in colosseum while I was trying it out.

Got hit by a critical.

Not my proudest death.

Huh. now I just realized why people tells me to max shield boomerang. 10 bounces

As for full VIT.. well.. I guess it helps when raiding? And you can compensate for the lower damage by using INT runes..

At least, those are my thoughts..

Im ML30 now ... Base stats is STR 95 AGI 60 INT 60 VIT 60  ... hahahaha.. most people now would scream that I am nuts having such stats 

Hence I kinda say am a BT Tank Hybrid .. I never changed my stats since 2013. When ML20 was the level cap I kinda bought stat points with my excess MP and hence I got this stat build now that I am ML30.

When I started to main the knight I was tanking raids and dungeons.. for one thing knights has one of the slowest DPS in game .. I rely on my crit damage to make things easy for me. Hard raid and dungeons before are no walk in the park pre-Morroc ML gear. And yeah I have my say I raided and tanked from PVE/Bapho, COA, AOD and Chaos during the time when raids were 10 man parties of 2 tanks, 2 healers and 6 DPS. I usually main tank raids, unless there is a monk or bear then I offtank. If a war is better geared than me then he mains as well. The usual vanilla set-up of raids since the game began.

In raids early on in game, healers and dps will always steal aggro from me and I am usually am spamming provoke and mass provoke to keep the mob and the boss in check. So i decided to pump up my crit rate with agi and invested in on int. So ever since I got raid armors I'm rune agi on gears and I'm runed int on costumes.

Right now, I'm balancing Int Agi and Vit in costumes and Int runes in gear. And I always take time to rune all my gear, Blueseeds 18+ and Redseed Flame. I actually dont have a +20 weapon and armors. The highest refinement I ever attained was +8 on my sword.

So far so good. I have better hit rate than most swordies, have a decent dodge and parry. My HP is high enough that most people think I'm full vit and so my def is fairly decent for my level as well. And my crit is good that I crit almost 80% of the time. And that means my shield bash+shield canon 2 shot combo actually works. XD XD

Took a few people by suprise when my hits don't miss like most swordies in game do and my crits are hitting painfully often.

As for raids, I haven't tried any of those, except the arena dungeon once.

tanks in general are supposed to be maintenance heavy .. we spend a lot on armor repairs.. tanking DWU LR means armor repair every 30mins or death. A tank with crappy gear is no tank at all. 

raids now are a walk in a park since ML gears. people go solo raids for most parts or with just a couple or a few more in party.

I still have to see a new raid dungeon in RO2 where people are like demanding proper raid roles and proper coordination between players. I see most new chars or current chars in a sense are more clueless of their actual raid roles. RO2 seemed to be more into PVP now and thus most chars invested their stats and skills for PVP.

I am actually hoping to see a 20 man raid party .. where everybody has a role to play. I wish I could experience spending 4hrs in a raid with raid party members screaming in RaidCall for like rage counters, resu here .. resu there .. timer on AOE etc. Where you actually are forced to make your character stronger for the raid or the boss will just sneeze at you and you die immediately.

In the absence of decent raids now, I see more of a specific classes since they are pvp oriented and less of other classes.
