The original Little Caesar, the actor Edward G Robinson passed away on this day in 1973. The archetypical movie tough guy was a huge star in the 30s and acted in tons of movies, bringing a lot of blunt charm and character to movies like Double Indemnity, The Ten Commandments, and my favorite Orson Welles movie, The Stranger. HIs voice is synonymous with film depiction of the gangsters of the prohibition era, and he served as the template for The Simpson's Chief Wiggum

Also do you watch Galavant or Shannara Chronicles? They're both good if you like fantasy genre (which I think either you or campitor do).

Camp's more of a fantasy fan than I. I'll have to check it out sometime. 

May I know what is the current response time for the support team to reply to our tickets?

Average time is 2-3 days at this point for RO1 tickets

And also, for future reference, does the support team work on weekends too? Just so we know if we can expect a reply during the weekend or not.

Yes, we have support staff in during the weekends. 

Is it possible to request deletion of character while keeping that extra slot if you have more than 9/9  via ticket? I'd like to free up a space for a different class

If characters are transcendent class characters you can send a ticket to the GM Team for a 1/1 High novice reset. That or purchasing a character account move. We are in the process of requesting an item or update from kRO that would allow players to purchase additional character slots. 

Can we expect nightmare toy factory soon? Did you tell them that we should've got it already according to their own update timeline?

Nightmare toy factory is something we asked our kRO contact about and based on the request from the community this will be included in the April update patch.

In the past you could request a 1/1 reset, but otherwise you will have to purchase a character move from another account.

I see . Thanks . They already have restriction on movements with different emails and WP accounts. Back in Level up! there's unlimited game accounts you can place and unlink so I had about 4 RO1 accounts that I had to split come iRO

How are you guys leaning on the unfrozen shadow set implementation?

Regarding the trades for MVP and mini boss cards. Is sending a support ticket to get the items validated going to be a permanent fixture in iRO?

What are the concrete steps that you guys are taking to tackle duping issues?

I think Oda and Camp need to have a business trip to Korea. So much things from kRO that are pending :V
