Server Maintenance 1/11/2016

Hello Roserians!

There will be a Server Maintenance today, 1/11/2016 at 2PM PST. 

Further details on updates will be posted once the Maintenance is complete. Expected downtime is two hours.

Don't expect any compensation [in general] until after the stability issue is resolved. It would make little sense for them to go 'here's an event' and 3 hours later the servers catch fire again.

We are having too much maintenance and Dcs these past days. These vendors need a compensation for having to set up their shops every now and then. Give them a cookie XD

I think Feuer is right, what we we really need for now is a stable server then if everything is alright, that's the time its good to give compensations (hopefully during weekends )

The state of the server has hurt everyone, but I propose free shop change coupons cause it's been hellish on my vends!  

I think a free vendor coupons would actually be kinda neat. If it was limited obviously. Still a fun idea though. 

I have updated the original post, it appears that the server maintenance may go a bit longer than originally estimated. I will update again once we have a new estimate or any other information. 

With regards to compensation, as Feuer noted earlier, we are waiting to fix the server stability issues before compensating.

The original maintenance was 2 hours, but Dragonlark said it will go longer than expected.   Be patient, it will be back asap.

The Server is back up now!

Everything done today was strictly to the server's operation and required no client side patching to take place.

All the servers are still being monitored in case there may be other sources of server instability, or if any of the adjustments don't hold up.

The patch client is showing Arua as unavailable.

Can some1 pls make the server status availability display...on launcher it looks dead(oh it is dead) and right now it is dead...

I have to launch , login & "server unavailable". And do the loop every 5 mins just to need to know whether the server is dead or alive.

It's exhausting....I feel like i wanna give up.

still ... we are experiencing network connectivity issues, there might be a group of people trying to take down this game
