VIP Summoner is a VIP and a non VIP ongoing event. The only portion that requires VIP for the event is the party leader to book the instance, non VIP users in that party should be able to participate. It is important to note that the VIP Summoner grants non VIP accounts access for 3 days upon providing 1 Magical Stone. For this time round the list will have 4 monster to summon.

sorry my bad, didnt know that you dont need to pay to get VIP, so now i feel like a fool for subscribing 6mos and paying that much but now this gives me an idea

chaos from what i last saw people trade kp stuff for zeny at about the rate of 100kp is to 100m, and reset stones are around 10m each so thats like 100kp(1usd) = 1 month VIP, WOW!!! so for thor reset stones are around 9m each lets make it 10m but 100kp is only around 50m so its still only like 200kp per month of VIP, times 6months so 1200kp to get 6months of VIP using reset stones which is only like 11usd so thats a whoping savings of 28usd

well in this case yeah let everyone vote then cos there actually is no difference to pay for VIP and just getting VIP status from reset stones, btw where is this npc that gives VIP status when you give him stones

It is a toned down VIP benefit also known as Mini-VIP, you will not get the full benefits of a real VIP subscription. Moreover, the Mini-VIP is limited to the character you turn the Magical Stone on.

That's being said, the Mini-VIP provided through MVP summoner doesn't seem any different from Gramp's other than the cost. Am I missing something here?

100kp is at most 14m. Get your facts right before making assumption like you did there. Reset stone is also 4m. 

if its thor its actually 100kp=40-45m and a reset stone is around 7-10m.

The saying of "the rich get richer, the poor get poorer" isn't always bribing their way through, ya know. It's also about opportunities that only they can afford, and such. 

Are you saying that we should tell our children to spend money on meaningless things?! I wouldn't teach my kid that. =/ At all. I would rather (s)he save that money up for his college years. Back when I was in elementary school up, my allowance was 3USD per week. I didn't bring lunchboxes to school for break time or anything. That's how we learn how to manage our money. 

Are you also saying that students who don't have rich parents should just study all the time? By the way, you don't have to study all the time to excel in your studies. I've been playing RO for over 10 years, and I've graduated from university at the top of my class. And no, I don't have rich parents. I didn't pay my way up the top of the class. I don't need to always be thinking of my family's financial issues. That would drive any kid crazy.

I am already an adult, and my allowance to myself isn't even 20 USD a week. And that has to include food and fuel. I'm lucky that I have a house from my parents, so I wouldn't need to pay rent. Your kid must be extremely lucky to have you.

CharAznable was referring to the fact that votes, do not take wealth into account. That should be the way democracy works. I don't know how your voting system is like, but from where I come from, we don't write any sort of ID on it. How would you differentiate the rich and the poor on a piece of paper with which if anything is out of place, the ballot is invalid? Honestly, I don't understand your argument at all. =/

Let me just count how much mini VIP would cost you. (Btw, 100kp = 10m at minimum, not 100m)

3 days of mini VIP = 2 reset stones

30 days of mini VIP = 20 reset stones

1 reset stone = 4,660,000 zeny

20 reset stones = 93,200,000 zeny.

Please do remember that this does not include the most important EXP and Drops increase of the full VIP. 

The exchange rate for WPE:Zeny goes, at minimum, 1k WPE = 150m zeny.

So technically, full VIP is 105m zeny per month.

The difference between the two is only  11,800,000 zeny. That's the price of your random misc. missing benefits. For which I think is mighty worth it, seeing as how 11.8m would only get you like... 3 BMx3.. or 6 HEBMs and such.

Also, Mr Arthur: I know that politicians work for their own benefit.    Everyone works for their own benefit, kind of? But it's like, I work for a company, and politicians, technically work for a company as well; the country(?). Kind of? In that sense, is what I meant? Heheheh~
