Delfier PVP and PVE Build

Hi guys, want a pvp and pve build for skills , and SPECIALLY EQUIPAMENT FROM 65 TO 85!

PD: I read from somewhere that pvp build can use to kill fast in pve but killing 1 mobe at time, is that true?

1 mob at a time as a Defiler ? I highly doubt ^^ Not even a Dominator is used to kill 1 by 1 and have no AoE's
