My installer crashed 3 times without error

Is the download manager crashing, or were you able to successfully download the client and the client installer is crashing?

In either case, I would suggest clearing your browser cache, and downloading it again and giving it another try. Try having the download manager, download to a new folder as well in case any existing files are corrupted.

Make sure when you run the download manager or installer, that you do so in "admin mode" as there has been a history of it failing if it does not have sufficient permissions to install.
