[Tech] Can't download the game

When I click on the downloader it says 'Host_IEVersionfail' . What should I do?

I'm actually unsure where this error appeared for you. Could you please provide a little more information behind at what point this happened?

Example: First starting up, during patching, after the client launched, playing a game mode?
