Yeah, rng inside rng, inside more rng is NOT fun.
Chance of getting a specific piece, upgrading, then gambling from a trade in npc is kind of annoying.
Another reason I feel they should at least be trade-able is because not everyone does PvP or WoE and they are near useless in PvM.
