Do we have a control panel where we can see why chars were banned ? Just the reason itself ? 
Cuz' my friends got banned for some reason we don't know.. 

I just need to know if we can see the reason why they got banned.. 

They already sent a ticket, but they haven't got any response yet..

I just recieved a news from them.. that when u get ur chars back.. all items are gone.. is it true ? :o

If someone has made a ticket about being banned, I would bet that they were also told why. That might not be information they want to share, even if you are a friend. An issue like that is between the player involved and the support team.

 

If you're saying that the person who received the ban is unclear as to why, they need to ask that question in the ticket itself. Tell them they should make a support account so they can view and reply to their ticket online rather than in emails. Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...rmRegister.aspx
