Hi ! I have reported a case on the support team 3 days ago.. And I haven't receive any reply on my email nor on my warpportal account yet (apart from the auto-reply).. I just want to ask for any update.. Here's the ticket number: >snip<

Questions regarding tickets are not handled at the forum- they are only handled through the ticket system. Have you made a support account so you can view and reply to your tickets online? This is NOT the same as your WP account- it is a completely different thing. To make a support account, click on "Register" on the support page https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx

 

Once you have made a support account, you can find your ticket using this guide https://support.warp...pport-page.aspx

 

You should also check your email spam folder as sometimes replies get misdirected there
