I've got about a dozen? I think most of Camp's shirts are plaid. 

2. Do you enjoy eating Indomie Mi Goreng?

I like it! It's tasty, though I am trying not to eat a lot of instant type noodles anymore. 

When is Enriched Hammer coming back?

1. making the enrich 50 ore boxes venable?

We are not planning to change this at this time. 

2. update on the list rewards available in Investments?

We can take suggestions on this, but generally this would be something we'd need kRO to develop.

Can you ask kro to give a definitive date for hard mode old glast heim instance/toy factory?

Toy factory is being targeted for the holidays, we're working with kRO to get some very interesting stuff by late summer/early fall.

Also, is it possible to reduce the cooldown (to 22 hours) for instances where you have to talk to npc AFTER you finish? (for example geffen magic tournament, Sarah&Fenrir, probably others). The reason is that most instances apply the cooldown when you start them, so the timer is always a bit earlier next day, but when you have to get cooldown from an npc AFTER instance is completed, the timer is always later and later specially if the instance takes long.

1. Is it possible to change the cooldown of Bio Laboratory Instance to 2 Days 23 hours from 2 days 24 hours (i.e 3 days)? It shouldn't be game breaking at all.

2. When do you plan to resolve the issue with Name Change Coupon? I know it let's players bypass the "invalid characters" restriction, but I guess that can be fixed.

We received a possible fix update from kRO, but we need more testing before we can implement and re-enable the coupons.

We can just simple adjust the rate instead of waiting for kRO to send something something to us I think...

Well it will be an easy fix for an easier life, we can make those accessories with time/effort because we all have real life to deal with x-x

What does GM's do to those who just love to report a player w/out a valid reason?

some of my friends in pvp got a year 2020 account suspension 2 weeks ago, after they ask the tech support why they got suspended their reply was something like

"someone reported you with ill-mannered *blahblah* and we found out that you are innocent, you can now log in your account etc..". 

I don't know the circumstances of the case. If there's an issue with the way that GMs handled a case please have them message Warnhal on the forums.

Are we ever gonna get this update? If never, can we please get a confirmation/guarantee on that? With kRO rates, iRO bako prices will shoot down and hence makes purchasing quite risky
