I use open broad caster software (OBS)its  very useful and can be adjusted to the point where if u have a bad labtop like me you are still capable of recording without heavy lag or crashing issues. Here's the Link https://obsproject.com Download it here and if you need help recording I can send u a screen shot of my settings. My settings are for low end labtops though so you might be able to use better settings without any issues. You can also use to stream etc many people use it. Use youtube to learn how to stream through it and adjust settings as well

It sounds good, but is certain that the game will not detect it as a hack?

Because I was banned to use a recording program

Don't attempt to stretch the obs just leave it as it is. Metal Assault has a set resolution at the moment and pushing it further to try to stretch it will be detected by the game and may result in crash/ban.

I agree with OBS, it's what we use here in the office. If you're doing primarily livestreaming, it's very free and there's lots of customization that you can do with it.
