I guess that if you dont have to take dmg is ok, well actually kusa you should try The proc on pvm because im telling you my experience with that skill on woe, so maybe...just maybe doesnt block any of your skills on pvm but only on woe has that effect in wich block several ground skills.
Consider also that it proc on magic damage, so it goes over who are you fighting, some mvps just hit you, or do mostly melee skills.

Actually, I was wondering about how bad it can be. Sometimes it can be really bad, but it doesn't seem to be so relevant mostly. Just walk a few cell and it's OK. I bet it will proc a lot on Bakonawa. XD I will keep testing it while I don't get my second Elvira.
