Which is better for Warlock - Brynhild or Amdarais Diab Robe?

That's false, unless you have less than ~70VIT or less than 20k HP.  

 

Wear a Golden Rod Orb and Golden rod Robe (10Mdef).  The ORB -15% wind, Cranial, Combat knife, Red Pom Band reduction still applies when frozen along with your natural MDEF.   You're still reducing >65% damage with your magic defense.

 

But you WILL die without a cranial on.

You're right. I forgot about the orb and the shoes. I still don't have a RPB, though... on my way to buy one this weekend, and try to +9 it...

I agree about the fireballs though. I never died to a single fb, but when multiple Celias combine their powers, it's really bad. As for the Thunder Storms, though, you've never been betrayed by your team's sorc? Like, you are killing a Celia, she sends a TS, you position yourself inside ME, then your sorc proceeds to trollface and move the ME a few cells, so that you get killed. Of course, these are not intentional (most of the time, at least), but happen all the time.

Well the shoes are optional if you are low level, but i've rolled with superior temp dex and have had no problem.

It's also nice using my empowered golden rod staff set to 1-shot the Champs.  And ganbentain Pneumas.  It's pretty fun to get away from the monotonous JF/SG1 spam.

I think i have met you in Bio4 parties a few time when i was lvling my ranger. Whenever you use jack frost i sigh-ed and facepalmed, but then i realized i am a warlock player too and calmed myself thinking this must be how ppl view me when i play warlock.

If not coz GMT i would abandon my WL completely even though it has +12 kvm.

On a side not, my ranger doesnt die from fb, it has 9x vit and only +10 CEB though.

You shouldn't be playing a damage role in bio4 in the first place LOL.

You shouldn't play something you can't make it work. If u have the gears and knowledge to be good at it, just do your thing and don't give a f about what others say.

You can make anything work, but is it practical? No.  Not in the context of most bio4 parties.  You need to learn how to reply to threads where the original poster is an average player with few exceptional gears.

And any average warlock, no matter the skill, will be dead weight if they try to be a "damage dealer" in bio4.

Nah, i am sure if warlock class get deleted from RO, everything will just continue as it is, the only thing that make warlock look viable is you guys who hype all the solo levelling build and introduction of GMT.

In Bio4, you can do anything as warlock, support or offensive, and ppl would not care as long as you doesnt change the mobs element to water at wrong time. (if you get invited to party LOL).

She also wears Magic Executioner + Tempest shadow set @_@

i am not amazed with the damage, i am only interested in the instant cast with decent reuse delay. CR has 2 sec fixed cast. -1 from temp and costume. the remaining 1 sec cant be just from radius? Maybe fenrir hat? that still 0.3 sec left with only mid slot for kiel.

My WL is only 151/52 so i have no experience on 175/60 WL.

You seems to know much about kRO, so i would like you to verify the information on irowiki about warlock's spells especially the cast time. or maybe just crimson rock cast time.

Does it match with kRO? or it is outdated? Might need to test ingame too.

I've tested in my server and found that crimson rock has 1 fixed casting time (test by did 100% variable casting time reduction). Have you tested in IRO?
And just normal mobs cards from nightmare biolab that can be put on weapon. MVP cards for garment.

Because it is so ridiculous if she put 2 MVP cards on weapon but didn't put normal card which can grants her Matk+15%, all stat+20 in garment. Because she just put Nightmare ancient mummy card on her garment.

Going back to reality, what do you think of the Hero Magic Robe in comparison to the Diabolus Robe, Haseo? I didn't test it yet because... reasons... but I'd like to know your opinion nonetheless.
