Flattering Robe and Fictitious Robe can be enchanted in 3rd and 4th slot with unique options. (Yeah their Abusive Robe and Consultative Robe counterparts can be enchanted too)
Strength Rune (lv 1~3)
lv 1 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Str+5. If refine rate is 10 or higher, additional Atk+5%
lv 2 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Str+6. If refine rate is 11 or higher, additional Str+1, Atk+7%
lv 3 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Str+7. If refine rate is 12 or higher, additional Str+1, Atk+8%. If refine rate is 13 or higher, additional Str+1, Atk+2%
Agility Rune (lv 1~3)
lv 1 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Agi+5. If refine rate is 10 or higher, Perfect Dodge + 3
lv 2 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Agi+6. If refine rate is 11 or higher, additional Agi+1, Perfect Dodge + 7
lv 3 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Agi+7. If refine rate is 12 or higher, additional Agi+1, Perfect Dodge + 5. If refine rate is 13 or higher, additional Agi+1, Perfect Dodge + 5
Intelligent Rune (lv 1~3)
lv 1 : If refine rate is 7 or higher, Int+5. If refine rate is 10 or higher, additional Matk+5%

Luck Rune (lv 1~3)

Cost 20 Token of Honor per enchant. (Not sure if there's failure rate) Enchantment is random.
Enchanted Robe can be de-enchanted with 100% success rate. (only robe which has enchanted both slots can be de-enchanted).
Yeah for mage classes you must expect to get Int rune lv3 in both slots. lol
