Problem logging in

We've been having this problem for hours and hours now.. 

We can't get pass the log in screen.. 

This error comes out after logging in..

We're not able to reach character select window.. And we have no idea how to fix this..

I heard about the issues on steam users.. 

Sadly, we're not using steam.. 

We're connecting directly thru warpportal..

Please help us.. Me and my clan mates are missing lots of our daily boxes..

I can pass thru, maybe works for some.

Just give them sometimes to check the problems and apply suitable fixes.

This is not the first time server's down like this anyway。。。

I was told by VModCupcake to post it here..  

Just talked to Genesis and he said that anyone who is still having an issue should make a ticket.  That also applies to anyone who has been unable to claim daily gift boxes.

Here is the link to do that https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx  Once you have made your ticket, click on "register" on that same page to create a support account. This will let you view and reply to your ticket online rather than waiting for an email.

If you are a premium user, mention that in the ticket so support can verify your premium status and make the necessary adjustments for the time lost.

There does seem to be an issue logging in right now although players who are already in-game are fine. 

I've sent a message to let Genesis know about it.
