Isn't it Axe Tornado that gets buffed? (with the -1 second cool down)

Also items are dropped in the new instance. 

I think the Axe is dropped from the MvP

We did not get it with this update-likely since it was added a long time after implementation of 15.1, but we can ask to get this bundled in a future update.

Even with new updates, iRO get screwed over! Why does kRO keep dropping the ball like that!  I dont know whats more frustrating. The fact that kRO knows that we are way behind on the updates or the fact that we do not get all the updates that was previously implemented before a "new" update is implemented.  I think both are equally annoying.  I hope "future update" doesnt mean 1~2 years+ til we get it like all other updates.
