Hi all,

Wanted to suggest few new skills level 90 for all jobs, this skills will be considered as "ultimate" skills, and will represent the class.

I tried to make them as simple as possible (using current game mechanics), and on some job gave one more skill choice (if one skill for Helium isn't possible to add).

I know MANY of the current skills need to be rebalanced, and that's the priority, this is just a suggestion for a future update and skill expansion.

Please, comment on them, how you would change them or if you like them. Still working on them.

 

Forsaker :

Pyroblast : Cast a pyroblast that deals 10 000 fire damage to a target. Cast : 2 seconds. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"FIREEE!!!"

 

Mystic : 

 

Shaman_Home_Remedy.gif

Mystical Totem : Summon a totem from the ground that will remove any root or slowness effect, and give immunity to them. Duration : 10-15 seconds and immunity of 10-15 seconds. Cast : 1 second. CD : 3 minutes.

 

"Mystic's favourite totem"

 

Dominator : 

 

Soul_Hunter_Counterattack.gif

Undead : Revive yourself and grants a 50% HP and 30% ALL STAT buff for 60 seconds. Cast : Instant. CD : 20 minutes. 

Notes :

Gives the necromancy style to dominator, that fits really well.

(Would work as an AED that also apply a buff).

 

"Nothing can stop me..."

 

Shadow Runner :

 

Warrior_Merciless_Blow.gif

BerserkTemporarily accelerate your Attack Speed by 1.0 second. Cast : Instant. Duration : 20 seconds. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"Faster than light!"

 

Radiant :

 

Commander_Blink.gif

Radiant's Teleport : Teleport to an ally and heal him. Cast : Instant. CD : 30 seconds.

 

"Don't worry, I am coming!"

 

Elementalist :

Back in time : Reset all your CDs. 

 

"Time? Not a problem."

 

Elementalist :

Tsunami : Cast a tsunami that deal  20 000 water damages to multiple targets and slow them. Apply a DOT of 5 000 damages every 2 second to yourself for 30 seconds. Cast : 4 seconds. CD : 5 minutes.

 

"An elementalist would even sacrifice himself to cast a huge magic attack"

 

 

Assassin : 

 

Quick_death.png

Quick Death : Deal 25% of target's maximum HP. Can be used only from behind.  Cast : Instantly. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"Death approaching!"

 

Tempest :

God's Wrath : Increase your electric property damage by 100% for 10 seconds. Cast : 1 second. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"God, give me the power!"

 

Avenger :

Poison Trap : Damage 1000-1500 and gives a DOT of 1000 every 2 seconds for 20 seconds. This DOT can't be removed. Radius 20 meters. Targets 10. Cast : Instant. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"Set a trap that pops up and explodes in a wide area when someone steps on it, and inflict strong and continuous damage that can't be removed".

 

Protector :

 

Defender_Provoke.gif

Bodyguard : Share the suffering of an ally, receiving half of his damage for 1 minute. Cast : Instant. CD : 2 minutes.

 

"And his body became his shield..."

 

Commander :

 

Defender_Intensified_Physique.gif

Leader of the charge :  Recover your HP constantly by 10 000 every 1 second for 5 seconds. Cast : Instant. CD : 5 minutes.

 

"Victory or death!"

 

Druid :

 

Prophet_Ganggyeok.gif

One Punch DoomGuard exclusive skill: Heavy punch that deal randomly 1 to 25 000 physical damage. On Critical : 1 second stun. Cast : Instant.   CD : 3 minutes.

Notes : Use the old animation of Heavy Blow (the doomguard stun that got moved to inferno), it was very cool....

 

"I will defeat you with a single punch!"

TEMPEST - God Fury: Huge lightning strike for 5 000 eletric property damage and stun for 6 second. Cast: 2.5 second CD: 2 minutes.

DEFILER - Blood Thirsty: For 60 second have 50% chance of any attack / skill attack drain targets HP and heal yourself. Cast: Instant CD: 5 minutes

AVANGER - Pet Storage: You can capture your second pet. PASSIVE

PROTECTOR- Force Shield: You and all party members will be immune of any damage and heal for 1% of your max HP for 10 sec. Cast: 1 second CD: 5 minutes

Hey DRAGON, about tempest one, I think your idea is way too OP, sure they are supposed to be ultimate skill, but the skill you suggested, combined with other tempest AOEs, would totally annihilate a team every 2 minutes.

Defiler one, not sure if they can add it.

Avenger hmmm...I was thinking about a new bomb, people wanted a new bomb very much.

Protector, they can't add an immunity to damage or % heal...but I had a cool idea for protector. You will see it.

WARLORD - Unstotable: Immune to any debuff for 30 seconds. Cast: Instanct CD: 3 minutes.

MYSTIC - Sacrfice: Spend 50% of your HP to full heal all party members. Cannont be ussed when you are less than 50% HP. Cast: Instant CD: 3 minutes.

ok but your tempest skill for 10 sec 100% eletric property damage...i want some mob target damage skill when will start play as tempest maybe some HUGE AoE

Tempest has 3 Ground AOEs (all pretty strong) so adding a 4th one seems too much. 

But I agree that the 100% electric damage buff is a bit of...boring?

Assassin:  To The Shadows:  Break all CC remove all dots and stealth even in combat 5 min cooldown.

 

Shadow Runner: Shrapnel Arrow:  AoE LRPAP all targets hit have cast speed reduced by 60% and Attack Speed Reduced by 60%  5 min cooldown

 

Defiler: Hemosplosion:  cause all dots to instantly Detonate for the remainder of their duration damage.  Single Target. affects all dots from all classes.  5 sec cast. DNA to instant cast 2 minute CD

 

Dominator:  Resistance?  HA!:   remove all resistances and 80% of SRD/LRD duration 15 seconds single target. 2min cooldown

 

Forsaker: Channeled Power.  all totems gain double efficacy for their duration while cast with channeled power activated.  Fire Skills deal 30% increased fire property damage.  duration 15 seconds CD 5 minutes

 

 

Mystic:  Loa's Blessing:   totem 20m cast range.  30 second duration 5 minute cooldown:  grant all party members in target area 50% resistance to all properties for the duration of the totem

 

Berzerker:  Instill Fear:  AoE Fear(give it back gravity) duration 15 seconds 5 minute cooldown.

 

Warlord:  Inspire Pain:  party members gain 1.0 attack speed and 478 SRPAP/LRPAP for 30 seconds.  5 minute Cooldown

 

Protector: I'm right here!: remove all threat from party members and transfer to Protector. Increase all damage done to targets by 20% 5 minute cooldown.

 

Commander:  Lead the Charge:  for 10 seconds the commander cannot die or be healed.  after the duration lapses the commander is left with 1% hp and mana.  5 minute cooldown

 

Radiant:  Winds of change:  remove all dots from party and break all soft CC affects (fear slows silence)  2 second cast 5 minute cooldown

 

Tempest: Shroud of Thunder: grant target 30% movement speed and envelope them in in a shroud of electricity  doing 2000 Lighntning property damage to all targets within 10 meters 2 second cast 5 min Cooldown

 

Druid: Empowered Transformation.  the next transformation cast has doubled Stats for 60 seconds Doomguard: 2x HP and SRD/LRD 80% all resists gain 33%CON.  Inferno: 2xSRPAP/LRPAP 2x MS 100% CC/SCC Gain 33% STR.  Vilovy: 3xMS all skills become instant cast in vilovy gain 33% MND;  transforming back to xenoa form cancels effects 5 minute CD

 

Elementalist: Spirit Bomb:(Funimation gonna sue somebody)  Single Target nuke all property damage Instantly applies all phobias to target.  2 second cast 5 minute CD

 

Ranger: In my sights:  instantly execute a target below 33% health 2 second cast if cast on raid boss below 33% grants will always crit for 500% damage  5 minute CD

 

Avenger:  Swarm!:  instantly summon 3 pets to attack your target pets expire after 30 seconds  5 minute cooldown

 

i tried to keep all the skills relevant to the class while not making them too OP some seem a little more OP than others and some will require a hell of a lot of coding probably so i dont think any of them will make it to the game.  i dont do numbers so i figured i would leave that to helium if he did use any of them.

I pretty like the idea of a "lead charge" forcommander...but I don't think they can make that you remain with 1% hp...what about this?

Lead the Charge : Incredible high HoT heal that will keep you alive on 100% for 5 seconds?=)

i think that wouldnt allow enough counter play.  with my suggestion i think it would allow a good commie to run in kill someone and get out while your suggestion would just allow them to run in and kill non stop for 15 seconds.  a bad commie would run in get bursted down and die when the skill ended and they had 1% hp and mana.  having a huge HoT would just be crazy OP lol

Warlord passive skill Iron Will...50% chance that final attack doesnt kill warlord...he will stay in 1 HP and will be immortal for 30 sec...passive can be again activated after 10 min cooldown...works only in PvP...lv 90 10% lv 93 20% lv 96 30% lv 99 40% (max) DNA lv 1 4% lv 2 8% lv 3 9% lv 4 10% (max)

Your idea gives more chance to kill actually in 15 seconds (not anymore a lead charge but an annihilation?xD), and would be harder to implement. I think this skill is more for a safe and starting attack as name suggests.

Also, in your idea don't see the point why the commander shouldn't be able to get healed. You are immortal and you end up with 1% HP at the end of the skill, so if they heal you or not, you end up with 1% hp. Makes no sense.

i like granades idea but in hunter skills 

 

reajust all useles launchers skills and set granades with light dmg with  slow stun dot 

 

 

sugestion to a lvl 90 skill 

 

a bufff  called trap master  5 min cd,   for 1 min all traps got 1 sec cd, u can set in fields all traps of u want  without they desapear

the point of the 1% thing is if you are at 1hp it heals you to 1% and takes your mana.  kind of a trade off if you are full health you drop to 1%. idk i see your point about not being healed though.

Ranger

 

Rain of Rockets: Shot missiles to sky to a selected area to start rocket shower for heavy damage all targets. Cast: 1 seconds. AoE: 8 targets. Duration: 15 seconds. CD: 2 minutes.

 

Satelite Strike: Hack satelite to shot huge laser from space to a selected area for 10 000 light property damage. Cast: 2 seconds. AoE: 10 targets. Duration: 15 seconds. CD: 3 minutes

 

Beam: Laser target for 5 000 light property damage and cause DoT 1 000 / 2 sec for 10 sec. Cast: 1 seconds. CD: 2 minutes.

 

Avenger

 

Engineer: Summon (robotic temperion or turret) to fight your side for 60 seconds. Cast: Instant CD: 5 minutes 

 

Radiant

 

Mana Heal: Heal MP to all party members. Cast: 1 seconds CD: 1 minutes.

 

Commander

 

Infinite: Slash 10 times target with final spin to damage other targets. CD: 2 minutes.

lol - with that satelite thingy also make a space map so we can fly around and shoot each other - ego style, not 3rd person ofc ^^

pfft zerks goin extinct again :S cause noone cares about them...thats sad ...i like the class but its quite useless these days ...they should increase the dmg on skills to be like proper berserkers ...most of the mages hits higher then a zerk on cap ...its sad whats happening with the game seriously...lets all play defilers and elementalists since they wont fix sh1t anyway :)

pfft zerks goin extinct again :S cause noone cares about them...thats sad ...i like the class but its quite useless these days ...they should increase the dmg on skills to be like proper berserkers ...most of the mages hits higher then a zerk on cap ...its sad whats happening with the game seriously...lets all play defilers and elementalists since they wont fix sh1t anyway :)

Not sure what planet you are on
But with proper gear, zerks and wls hit really high damage and have insane hp.
Zerks are extinct because wls are OP.
AA zerks are dead because of a skill bug for last half year.
If that bug was fixed, AA zerks can hit 4.5k on cap with no issue.

well im talkin about Skill Spam zerks ...they only got like a couple good dmg skills which on cap defence you wont hit that much ( compared to a caster dps) ...and yes indeed WL hits hard since they got def debuff

well im talkin about Skill Spam zerks ...they only got like a couple good dmg skills which on cap defence you wont hit that much ( compared to a caster dps) ...and yes indeed WL hits hard since they got def debuff

Considering my lvl 69s blood rage hits 5K on cap, again not sure what you are talking about lol.
Make a proper build.
Zerks do more on cap than commies, have more hp. And 1v1 beat anything due to stun/fear lock

ataxic pulse is a perfect example of a good lvl 80/90 skill. every class should get lvl 80/90 skill that is that good. 2/3 of the lvl 80 skills current are complete and utter -_-E.
