I've submitted a ticket about it but I'm missing characters. I tried to create three after the update was finished and only one has shown up. The names are taken so the creation went through but I can't see my characters. Any ideas on what happened? is it an update problem?

A bunch of Rangers mentioned having problems after the patch, please post in the thread linked below with as much info as you can provide so we can attempt to figure out the problem~ Thanks!

I'd advise against creating new characters at the moment for fear of the names being locked out. They are currently looking into this problem.
EDIT: Just to reassure you, it's not something that is solely affecting you. I've done some tests and the test characters are stuck in limbo too.
EDIT 2: Things appear to be working now, but a CM/GM should appear soon to give the official word. If you're wanting to use a name that you locked out earlier, you may have to file a ticket to get that unlocked.

For anyone who had an issue creating characters over 10 and they became invisible then the name was taken, we've resolved that issue this morning without a downtime.
However, if the name is still showing as taken, you will need to write into our support (support.warpportal.com) and let them know the name is taken. We can wipe it off so it can be used.
This shouldn't be most players, but if you know of anyone who experienced this, tell them to make a date with a GM!

Idk if this is reported already, but it seems there is a minor bug with the +10 chars, as far as I encountered the bug, when I click on the first char of the 3rd "screen" (character n11) sometimes it opens the first char of the 1st screen instead (char n1)...it doesn't happen every time, but sometimes xD
well that's it...
btw...this patch was awesome!
